Wood Floor Store Reviews

I purchased wood flooring from The Wood Floor Store today and couldn’t be happier with the service. Conor was excellent — very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the options. He made what could have been a stressful decision feel straightforward and easy. Highly recommend both Conor and the store!

Polite, friendly, helpful, staff, dealt with Shane, at the showroom just up from the airport and he was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling. As a result of the service I received from the staff there and being extremely pleased with the flooring we bought, we've recommended your store to anyone we know, who's been looking for flooring. We've also purchased more of the same flooring recently and will continue to purchase more as we complete the renovation of each room.
It has been an ideal way of purchasing the flooring, as it possible to get an exact match, without having to spend large amounts of money in one go and not having to try to store it, whilst renovating, but gave continuity throughout the building.
I understand that you may wish to verify the authenticity of the response, so permission is given to verify the details of my purchases through the store I used, which is on the Old Airport Road.

Excellent service

From start to finish, a fantastic service...at time of selecting floor in February, Naoise was informative & very patient with our requests. At the time of fitting in April, Alan, of the floor fitting crew was so accommdating in arranging date to fit floor & Aaron was prompt on arrival & the floor fitted very well...the floor itself looks great in our new home..highly recommend this company!!

great selection of flooring, friendly staff that have a good knowledge of their product,

After a long day of shopping looking for a wood flor, Wood Floor Store was the last one on the list, I should start looking for flooring at this store. Here I found everything I want and needed. A large range of colors and patterns, very friendly and helpful team. Thank you Wood Floor Store.

Gemma was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. She was very welcoming and easy to speak with. Giving advice and assistance with picking not only right type of floor for my needs but also the colour. There is a vast range so this was invaluable. Thank you Gemma 🙂

Excellent service

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.
Trying to match an old floor to newer SPC style. Mia looked after us instore, ensuring we got the exact floor to match and all accessories.

Needed floors same day and collection was so straightforward.
Excellent staff.

Can definitely recommend Wood Floor Store. In particular, Cliona made the experience seamless. From start to finish she was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We went for dessert oak herringbone. The floor is great quality and looks well laid. Top

We had two deliverys from Wood Floor Store. The initial delivery was very quick and without issues. The second smaller delivery ran into delivery issues because of issues outside the company's control. I felt there should have been quicker communication from the company in the case of they delay and they accepted that and kindly waived the delivery fee. Impressed at how they handled the feedback.
