Jessica F from the Woogang support team did an outstanding job at solving a problem I was experiencing with a Theme. I was not hopeful that anything could be done when I contacted support, but I was proved wrong as it had been sorted within a couple of hours.

I bought a plugin
I bought a plugin. the file I downloaded was with a name a bit different then the original, and when I tried to update I got an error message.
I emailed the tech support a few days ago, asking for the right plugin or a refund, and got NOTHING back.
Lost my money!

After placing the order
After placing the order, the download link did not work. I have sent a ticket 3 days ago. I still have not heard back.
After 5 days they have resolved the issue. All is good.

Woogang has been around for a long time. I am an older developer who has been developing WordPress since it started around 2004. If you are wondering if they are safe, they are. I've never had any issues with malware. If you are looking to save on themes and plugins, do not search google for "nulled" plugins. It is not safe. Woogang is safe to use.
