Don't trust this website!

I thought they were affiliated with WooCommerce. They aren't. While they said they were fixing my issue they disabled my security plugin, created a back door entrance through my host account, and put hidden and malicious code on my site that caused me to have to delete it and start over. That's two years of work, and I was just starting to get customers. They did issue a refund, but it doesn't come near to compensating for the damage they caused. They also use other business and site names besides woohelpdesk; 24x7wpsupport and growyourbrand. BEWARE. DON'T TRUST THEM.

I used the site's chat, after the fact, to ask if they were woohelpdesk or 24x7wpsupport... the "technician" Moses, wanted all my personal info and wouldn't answer me, and then emailed me after the chat, asking for my email, saying: "We are 24x7 WP Support. We are the largest support company on Planet which provide exclusive 24x7 support for self-hosted Wordpress Websites" And then, added in a link to Wordpress support forums.
