Appalling Service or NONE ...and Poor Quality – AVOID

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Woolly Fluff. As someone who frequently purchases high-quality sheepskins for professional retreats, I have never encountered such a lack of basic customer service or quality control.

Delivery & Communication: My order was not delivered by the estimated date. I sent multiple follow-up emails with no response.

Ignored Cancellation: I eventually emailed to cancel the order as the event I was hosting had already finished. Despite the cancellation request, the order was shipped anyway and arrived several days after I asked to cancel.

Poor Quality: The package arrived damaged/broken. Through the holes in the packaging, it was immediately clear that the "double pelt" rugs were of very poor quality—nowhere near the standard I receive from other reputable suppliers.

The "Refund" Ghosting: I contacted customer service again and finally received one reply asking if I wanted to start a return. I provided all the requested information immediately. Since that moment—nearly two months ago—I have heard absolutely nothing.

Current Status: I am still stuck with four poor-quality double rugs, no return instructions, and no refund.

I would never recommend Woolly Fluff to anyone. I am still awaiting a prompt reply, a full refund, and a way to return these sub-par items. Their lack of accountability is completely unacceptable for a professional business.

Delivery is long once arrived didnt work please do not buy absolute waist of money

Oh how I kick myself. I’m usually really good at checking reviews on items I intend to purchase. But on this occasion I didn’t. What I received is definitely not what I ordered. It is firstly not the right colour and it is NOT sheep skin at all but Faux . Delivery was far from quick and they didn’t respond to my emails. Again the phone number doesn’t work. So I’m not even gonna waste my time sending back . Needless to say I’m sure my dogs will enjoy sleeping on it if nothing else. 🙄

Placed a order and paid for the rug, l never received confirmation of the order so was unable to track the order, sent emails regarding this and just received emails stating long delivery delays.
A month later the so called rug arrived, my god it's nothing like the photos, it is cheap and nasty certainly not worth the £70 price tag.
If you want a nice thick faux sheepskin rug go to Dunelm l wish l had or at least buy from Amazon at least you can send it back if it's not right, you can't do that with this so called company unless you want to waste more money. Buyers beware.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Order was taking a while. Then thought is it a scam will check trust pilot. Heart sank when I read reviews. I emailed company with no response. But 2 days later rug arrived. It’s fake fur. Lucky I only bought a very small rug meant for a project that required a pelt.
Website looks professional and said Royal Mail tracked which its wasn’t. This fooled me. Always need to check Trust Pilot but on this occasion I fell for the scam. If you want a real pet pelt buyer beware.
As others have said their customer service is non existent. Will have to contact my bank for refund.

After taking a long time to arrive my order was incorrected, I contacted almost a month ago and they offered a replacement in the correct colour or a refund, I chose replacement and have heard nothing, I have since sent a follow up email and heard nothing.

Was sent a rug in completely the wrong colour to the description and the picture. Have been trying for weeks to contact them to return it, and they have ignored me.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!
Take heed of the 77% 1 star reviews…I wish I had.
Ordered rugs and after three weeks still had not received them…order status said ‘waiting for courier pick up’ and it never shifted from that.
Sent an email asking for clarification and expected dates…received a non committal, vague response and still no further toward.
Had to open a case with my bank and get the order cancelled.
Save yourself hassle and use a company with better ratings.

I was really pleased with my rug no issues at all I was apprehensive after reading all the negative reviews but I must say mines lovely, delivery good aswell

This is the 4th time I've ordered from this company and I don't understand the bad reviews. They've never failed me. Just received our 4th rug today and to put your bad reviews to rest i just had to put in a review myself and put your fears to rest. IT'S GORGEOUS 😍 seriously in love with this one its thick and lush and I know you can wash it if need to (no fabric conditioner, on a 20degree wash and NO tumble dryer) make sure you brush it out while wet and it can be dried either air dry or hair dryer. I wanted to post a picture but I don't know how!

Do not use this company if you want real sheepskins. Order three rugs the company said sheepskin pelts. there was nothing to indicate they were not. On arrival found to be faux fur cut out shapes this was not on the description of these rugs, if it was I would never had brought them.

Received my rug im absolutely over the moon with it i was a bit scared reading the reviews after id purchased it,it arrived few days late communication was bad,but iv got it now looks beautiful

Oh my goodness, what can I say about this shocking company. Yes their website makes their products look amazing but don’t be fooled! I paid a substantial price for this rug and after waiting months for the rug to be delivered, when it arrived (from Estonia) it was positively dangerous. A ridiculous slippy surface top area of the rug (not the rug itself the actual fluffy bit!) meant it was entirely not fit for purpose unless you fancy falling over on a day to day basis. Customer service is slow and let’s face it, crap! I had to arrange to ship it back to Estonia… despite being assured the postage would be refunded (£21) not only was no refund processed AT ALL, after chasing AGAIN they’ve told me they will refund all bar postage. I’m not going to hold my breath and plan to raise a dispute through my bank. Terrible company, do yourself a favour and avoid!!!!

Absolute waste of money and they do not reply! Haven’t received my order and from what the reviews do say no doubt I’ll receive the wrong one.

Really good quality rug , so happy with it ,so soft😃

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star… Do not order from this company as if you are not happy you will NOT get your money back … I’m massively out of pocket for buying the product and paying to have it tracked to send back with the company told me to do so… It was delivered to Woollyfluff but nobody collected it so it has landed back in the UK at my door!
