Good website, easy to order, good communication, arrived v quickly

My dog totally loves the toy.
The customer service were good and responded quickly when I emailed a query.
I just wish they sold a selection of different flavour refills

An expensive food dispensing chew toy that promised a lot but didn’t really deliver.
My JRT finished his in less than 15 minutes and my other dog gave up after getting really frustrated.
Plenty of these types of toys on the market. I would just buy a cheaper version as this one doesn’t give anything extra apart from a hefty price tag.

My order was unfortunately damaged in transit and some of the items were missing. I contacted Wooof and my query was dealt with very professionally. Having been asked for photographic proof, they immediately sent out the required number of cartons to make up the full order.

Within a couple of days of submitting my 3 star review, I received a notification from the Royal Mail that a parcel from Wooof was on its way.
I today received the goods that hasn’t been sent in the first parcel along with a lovely hand written note and 3 packets of trays for my dog by way of apology and I’d like to say that I appreciate this gesture very much indeed. However I have not given 5 stars as it would’ve been nice to have been informed by the company about how long it may take to get the goods to me so I could have expected a delay. It would also have been nice to have received something from them to let me know they’d dispatched the goods. Whilst these are minor things, they make it a 5 star customer service.

I was very conflicted about how many stars to give as I’ve had mixed experiences with this company.
I made my first order with Wooof earlier this year and has a great experience - a good choice of goods, which arrived in good time and everything present and correct.
However, when I placed my second order, delivery was much slower (this wasn’t an issue but something to be aware of). The second order contained a couple of wrong items, even though the enclosed invoice showed what I had ordered, so there’d clearly been some failings in the packing department. I immediately contacted customer services and had an automated reply stating they’d get back to me within 2 working days. They didn’t. I gave it a decent amount of time (allowing for busy periods etc) and contacted them again. This time they DID reply stating that they’d send the correct items out to me. Almost a month later I still haven’t received them which is really disappointing. There has been no further contact from them which again is disappointing.
When you order a specific item, you really hope to receive what you ordered. If it’s temporarily out of stock or no longer available, that’s fair enough, but it would be nice to be kept informed of the situation and/or to be offered substitutes.
Not sure if I’ll be ordering from them again.

Good products, good website to navigate and delivered by the Royal Mail who do actually deliver parcels as promised (unlike certain other courier firms)
