Probably not WOOPs fault but
Probably not WOOPs fault but, I'm 65 yrs old...38+ yrs of driving over an hr to work on NJ highways... my driving record is stellar. Add my 23 yr old, non partying, computer nerd son, in college, with a fender bender May 24. Always had car in insurance, FICO is in the 700s. I have the minimum NJ state requirement on my son's 2010 Prius and the minimum plus comprehensive/collision on my 2021 Toyota RAV4 with a 750$ ded....500$/month!!
None of WOOPs insurers have a better quote. Convince me this isn't simply a blatant cash grab. Convince me that half the people I see on the road actually HAVE insurance especially, young people. Having ANY KIND of insurance is just bullshit anymore.

Saving a TON of $$$
Having been with Liberty Mutual since 2011, I never bothered to compare or check rates, because one thinks the Company is looking out for your best interest, after being a loyal Customer for over a Decade....NOT REALLY !! My Credit Union teamed up with Woop, I received an email, and what harm will it do to check. It costs NOTHING and I can only gain. So, I followed the SUPER EASY steps provided to me by my CU, and was immediately connected to Woop. My Rep is Kristian, and let me tell you, the process was easier than easy. Thank goodness Kristian has the patience and understanding of a Saint, because I work a pretty crazy schedule, and hence call it the "Zombie Shift". I received quotes the same day I inquired, but not only did I go on a long overdue vacation, but after that I had a few weeks left on my rotating Zombie Shift. As soon as I changed Shifts to what normal people work, I again reached out to Kristian, apologized a few hundred times, because I was in for A LOT OF SAVINGS changing Insurance Companies, and it was all waiting for me...so, after I finally had time, the whole process took maybe an hour, if that...probably less....and I was SO happy to not only save money, but also to deal with Kristian. That man is worth a HUGE dump truck of gratitude from me, for being patient and also, let's not forget, saving me a TON of money on my House, Car and Umbrella Policy....unbelievable. I saved almost 1/2, yes, HALF on my Car, about 1/3 on the house, and the Umbrella was a few $ less, but thats no big deal. I am now with Travelers Insurance, and will be sure to get in touch with Kristian in a few years, to make sure I am not overpaying again. I asked him why my Tarifs were so high with LM...I have no tickets or citations, no claims, and 5 plus points on license...he explained its all because I've been with LM for so long. Imagine that. So, to any of you skeptics, you have NOTHING to loose by taking 5 minutes and reaching out to Woop. They are AWESOME, patient and I'll almost guarantee that you too, will save money. I been referring Woop to anybody I know...do it ! You'll thank me later 🤭

Service is convenient but assigned agent was subpar
Agent assigned did not respond to requests or emails for days. Would say they would get certain documents or information by the end of the day and would not do so or send any follow up emails regarding requests or documents they said they would get.
Requested home owners insurance quotes also never received them
Website itself was helpful and easy to use. Was convenient to use for new car insurance

Easiest Way To Compare Multiple Insurance Providers
My agent Eric was very responsive (and patient) with emails, phone calls and text messages. It was very convenient to have multiple insurance providers reviewed on my behalf to find me to most savings between my home, auto. and motorcycle insurance policies.

Definitely recommend
When shopping for insurance UGH! YOU KNOW EXACTLY what I mean, it's well, I will leave those words out. But Woop insurance was there to do the shopping for me.
