I've been using WorkFlowy for years. There isn't a user interface that is more flexible and more minimalist at the same time than WorkFlowy. I love it!

Very clean inline note taking, no clutter, good search, good focus. Very stable.

Simple to use and effective. I'm only a light user, keeping track of research for a dissertation but it's a very efficient way to organise my work.

An amazing piece of software that I use for both personal and business planning. I cannot recommend it enough. Whether it’s the ease of use, the scalability, or the email history records. Great tool that is fabulous for all kinds of things.

I appreciate the simplicity

Compared to other more fancy options. This one is easy to use and no fooling around required. Just simply type, press enter and tab, etc.

I just don’t understand how it works, having come from working and saving files in Word. Where to access the files and formatting docs also an issue.

I used to like workflowy, but they have become another entitled company that doesn't care about users experience and has horrible customer support.

This week they changed the hotkeys around, which messed up my entire workflow. I sent a ticket requesting to change them back or to make them customizeable.

I got the following arrogant and condescending responses, in order:

- not gonna happen
- just get used to the new hotkeys
- have a nice day
- you're welcome
- you've been blocked form support desk

No refund offered. I've moved to a competitor, shame what happened to a once great company. Shame on you.

It changed my life! I'm using it every day for 4+ years now

I gave it a perfect score because I'm happy with it overall, but I'd really like to see a bullet edit lock (read-only mode) added sooner rather than later.

This is a really great tool for managing notes. I love the simplicity and minimalism.

The systematic review of my travel experiences with Workflowy also means I can efficiently and effectively share my adventures with friends and a wider audience according to their needs. By copying and pasting my entries into ChatGPT, I can effortlessly generate travel blog posts in no time.

This unforgettable trip to Northern Europe can be revisited in detail, making it possible to relive the journey anytime, anywhere. I can’t wait to share these memories with my family, friends, and others when I return.

Workflowy is mindblowing: you can feel it after few hours you have it. After the first trial day I understood I wanted it to be in my routine in the pro version. Cannot think of a better platform. Simple enough to stay focused on the task at hand, complex enough to change if needed. Does not tend to be as much of a "hobby" relative to Notion or Evernote.
