worldoftiles.ie Reviews

I recently purchased laminate flooring from "World of Tiles" Kylemore road and had an exceptional experience. Store manager Priyanka who assisted me went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect flooring for my home. Her knowledge and expertise were evident as she patiently explained the different options available, ensuring I made an informed decision.

What truly stood out was her willingness to go out of the box to meet my needs. She provided personalized recommendations based on my preferences and even offered design tips to enhance the overall look of my space. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Moreover, she arranged for a speedy delivery, which was a huge plus. The flooring arrived promptly and in excellent condition, allowing me to proceed with my renovation project without any delays.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the outstanding customer service I received. I highly recommend "World of Tiles" to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional service. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Thank You.

I was very happy with all the products and materials I purchased from World of Tiles.
I have to thank Jason in the Mullingar branch for his time and expertise. He helped me choose the correct tiles and materials for my particular bathroom. The bathroom is no longer a cold dreary room. Its a new bathroom with sleek, simple lines & shapes. Its more spacious and more functional now.
Thanks Jason

While I was setting up my new home, I was looking kitchen & bathroom tiles, I went to several showrooms until I stepped into World of Tiles in Tuners Cross Cork. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my design ideas and helped guide me through their wide selection of tiles, offering helpful suggestions based on my style preferences and budget. What stood out the most was how patient they were during the decision-making process, which was challenging and overwhelming, but they made easy by providing detailed information about the different types of tiles, maintenance tips etc. Even after my purchase, they went above and beyond by coordinating a seamless delivery and taking back what was not opened.
I even bought the showers and shower door which are top quality brands at a good price.
My kitchen & Bathrooms looks amazing, I couldn't be happier.
Big Thank You to Allia, Dino, Agatha & Nicolas, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.

I have received the wood delivered as promised to my new house with a very short notice. It was a pleasure to deal with Mark and Jason in Mullingar.
They both have been very helpful, competent and professional. Highly recommended.

Absolutely excellent experience. Just finished my second bathroom renovation with World of Tiles. The best thing about the shop in Mullingar is Jason. Jason is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and can give great advice. Every time he is in the shop he is always smiling and helpful. This is my third major DIY project that Jason has helped and advised me on and it certainly won't be the last. ABSOLUTELY EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Both Jason and Mark are a pleasure to deal with. Patient and give great advice. The lads in the warehouse are friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for tiles.

I ordered engineered flooring on sale, then a salesman rang and said it wasn't in stock and they would refund me. It's been almost 2 weeks now and no sign of my money back! Not ideal in the middle of a house build! AVOID

We just bought tiles for the kitchen while our kids made a lot of noise playing in the show room lol. The sale assistant remained kind, focus and friendly throughout the whole process. We really appreciated that x

Excellent customer service!! I had a few queries during and after the order and every single one of them was answered swiftly. I am very happy with the purchase as well as the service received, which would definitely make me return as a customer!

James is amazing so helpful, noting was a problem

Thanks a mill for James(Tralee) for being so patience and helping us out with our purchase.

Dealt with Jay Masterson in the Mullingar store and wow what amazing service we received. Not only was Jay so helpful but also what a nice guy to deal with. I would highly recommend this store and especially Jay.

We dealt with Mark O’Carroll in Tralee and his advice, attention to detail, and overall service was top drawer

My experience with World of Tiles was very good. They placed a special order for me and when it arrived Mark went above and beyond to get the product to me. He was brilliant to deal with and couldn't be more helpful.

Fantastic Johnathan was great...very helpful and polite

Great customer advice and welcome.

Friendly customer service from Catherine 👍

Great service, prices and options. Really nice store, clean, well stocked and good atmosphere. Really helpful salespeople. Pranav especially was great.

Pria (not sure how to spell) was great with us. Very professional and supportive

We were looking for value and customer service and boy did we get in spades in WOT Limerick.
From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed heartily and were treated extremely well by Catherine and the team. We've been back several times (even though it's well out of our way) just because of the overall service we receive on every visit. Catherine was an absolute pleasure and guided us through choices of which we had no idea of where to start. Catherine has been instrumental in planning and coordinating every room in our house. Thanks to all the team in Limerick with a special mention for Catherine.
