worldoftiles.ie Reviews

We visited World of Tiles over the weekend & it was nothing only a fabulous experience from start to finish. Currently in the process of renovating our bathroom, we've used world of tiles before so we had no hesitation on returning. We were approached by a lovely staff member Katherine who was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, she advised us & showed us exactly what was available to suit our budget. She took the stress out of what I thought would have been a hard decision. Again we are delighted that's where we choose to shop and would have no issues recommending or returning to shop in the future. We'll done on fantastic customer service👏

Alan O Connor was fantastic, helpful, knowledgable and couldn’t do enough for us. after sales service on 2 occasions was excellent and we are really happy with the results of our choices. We will be back again and have recommended World of Tiles to our neighbours who have made a purchase .

Great staff! All happy to help us chose the perfect floors for our new build. The store provided us with samples. We will definitely be buying our tiles and wooden floors here, great selection.

My original visit I was helped by Brian and his advice was invaluable. I went back two weeks later to finalise my choices and again I was given fantastic service by both Brian and another staff member. I would highly recommend World of Tiles for service, choice and price. Thanks

Super help from all of the staff here they are so accommodating. Alan was great to help with the right colour and style of wooden flooring I wanted. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. 5 star service ☆☆☆☆☆

Don't go near them. Tiles sizes vary from box to box. When you raise it with them at store level they just make up excuses, they don't even apologise. When you try to contact their customer service they just ignore you and don’t respond. Stay well clear

Excellent spot to get tiles. A great selection at great prices! Very accommodating and helpful for the complex logistics I had of making multiple trips for collection over multiple days. Jack was extremely helpful in arranging that the tiles I needed were there in full supply and in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

Shiwin was absolutely amazing to deal with so nice and made my experience brilliant picking tiles
