I was looking to get Hublot Big Bang Mecca 10 for a gift to our business partner. I checked everywhere including Hublot local store; no one seemed to be interested in finding this watch. I contacted World's Best. They said could find the watch for me. I was a little skeptical at the beginning as I have never done 17K shopping from a website that I don't know, however I had no choice but to order. In a few weeks I received the watch. Overall It was pleasure to work with World's Best, they are very professional and courteous. I will certainly contact them for all our watch purchases in the future.

I was in search for a very particular, and somewhat rare, pre-owned Rolex watch. I looked at major online dealers, some who specialize in pre-owned Rolex watches, but never found the right combination of price and condition. I was pleasantly surprised to find not only what I exactly wanted but also a watch that had never been worn before! It came with all the original papers, purchase history, box, tags and still had the plastic protectors attached.

I ordered it on a weekend and, to my surprise, it arrived Monday morning, well-packaged. The watch is absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations!

The local authorized Rolex dealer shook his head in amazement that a unworn Rolex watch would still be available five years after production of this model had ceased. Needless to say, he verified that it was genuine, adjusted the band and I was on my way.

i was very scared to send such a large amount of money without getting any goods but i received an email the minute the money was received saying that they have received the funds and that the watch is on its way.
i even called and spoke to Robert that rested my mind.
that same evening i received another email with the tracking number and it arrived as promised next day by noon.
there are many frauds out there , this is not one of them, it was great, as promised and i can strongly reccomend this company.

Extremely impressed! I bought an Everose Datejust Rolex and I asked how fast could it be shipped. I ordered it that afternoon and they overnighted it. It arrived at my office the next morning in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent they checked on me and my order throughout the entire process. I found my dream watch - a Patek Philippe Nautilus, reference 5713. I inquired about buying it through World's Best. They did not have it in stock but they offered to look for it, along with a Nautilus reference 5711. About a week later, as promised, I heard from John. He was able to locate an authorized Patek Philippe dealer with both models. The price for both was reasonable based on my research, with the highly significant bonus of no sales tax and no shipping cost. I opted for the 5713. Once I wired the funds to World's Best, the watch was overnighted to me the next business day. The watch is a thing of beauty, I have the stamped Certificate of Origin, the wooden box, and I have not one but three warranties. A warranty from Patek Philippe, from World's Best, and from the authorized dealer from whom World's Best bought the watch on my behalf. Both John and Robert (a founding partner of World's Best) were extremely helpful in making the purchase process straightforward and they answered all of my questions from start to finish. If you are thinking about taking the plunge on purchasing a high end item, you are in extremely good hands with World's Best.

I purchased an expensive watch and was not satisfied with it. I feel the least this company could do is offer an exchange. The background of the Rolex watch is meteorite, and I was advised by customer service to look at one in a store before ordering, yet the one I received from World's Best looked VERY different. Again, it would have been nice if they offered a return on an item that was not even removed from the packaging.

The experience was very gratifying, in that they walked me through the purchase/and my questions by way of their online and verbal phone concierge service. Then they executed the sale and the delivery of the product within days of receiving the check. The watches were received in good condition with warranties and proper documentation. I wanted to buy a nice Rolex for my wife of 57 years, but just could not justify the cost of a new timepiece. I just used World's Best for the first time for a Christmas gift for my wife that had to come in on a very short time period. Given the short time period and cost of the gift, I had considerable reservations about something going wrong with this provider, but the concierge was with me every step of the way and the item arrived on time and as expected with no issues at all. A truly impressive experience.

I have purchased three of the rarest watches from World's Best and I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service, product and professionalism from Robert in particular! He was able to locate pieces for me that no boutique carries nationwide at this point in time.
