A return journey booking from Hong Kong back to London was dealt with efficiently and professionally by Semmi. Due to a change in schedule by China Eastern airline, instead of having a layover time of one and half hours, it had been shortened to only one hour at Shanghai! Semmi provided me with various alternatives to make my connection time more manageable, and explained each option to me very clearly. She also gave me plenty of time to make up my mind. The amended e-ticket was issued less than an hour after I confirmed my decision. Very happy with the service. Keep up the good work!

Scam: They advertise the cheapest fares on Momondo, then call to claim prices have changed and try to bargain with you. Many negative reviews describe the same scam. I’ve already complained to Momondo and other platforms. Please report this issue to Momondo as well.

I was not happy as i received a call from the agent that price has increased after booking my ticket, Agent Honey explained the situation and stayed patient when i was looking around other websites. He was able to lock the ticket for us once we called him back on adjusted price, but he upgraded the package within same increased price. I am not happy for the increased price but agent’s services was on spot. Thanks for your assistance!

They sell you a flight they do not have then call to say they had made a mistake, total upsell follows with call after call. dishonest company!

Do not book - warning to all customers. Booked separate flights and both times they tried to charge extra due to “technical issues”. With one of the bookings I had to return a day later than planned (otherwise I had to pay more for my original date). With the second booking, they then blamed me for a title mistake on the booking. Instead of simply changing it (with airline confirming it’s not a chargeable issue) they said they needed to rebook and of course charge me more. After 24 hours I am still waiting for an outcome despite contacting several times. Thankfully by calling emirates directly they have confirmed a reserved seat under the correct details so now I just need the agency to release the e ticket but I’m sure they’ll try to stall or make an excuse for more money. They are scamming customers. I have reported them to trading standards.
For anyone reading this whom is going through issues about seat confirmation - call the airline directly to check if they have a reservation.

He was very approachable, professional, and quick to respond to all the changes we wanted to make to our flights. He made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.
