I bought a Vauxhall Astra from this establishment last October.

It ran fine for several months, then little problems (minor issues with air conditioning) which gradually elaborated in more complex issues (pipes literally bursting due to issues with pressure) and before I know it, I am the proud owner of a useless clump of metal that not even the warranty could save.

Had it looked at by multiple mechanics and they questioned if the car has been tampered with prior to my purchase.

This whole process has caused an unbelievable amount of stress for me and I can’t recommend this company to anyone in good faith.

Zack the manager provides exceptional customer service, his attention to detail goes beyond what you would expect when buying a used car. WOW Cars had good quality cars on display with all relevant documentation at hand. Full explanations were provided at purchase and a very fair price was given as part exchange for my current car. An extended warranty and roadside assistance were given which is over and above the length of time one would expect and much better than most car dealerships. Zack the manager is very professional, conscientious and an eloquent communicator, making you feel at ease in asking any questions you may have. The after sale documents were completed and arrived in my email box just after breakfast the next day. A really good experience. Had the best experience with Zak, he was such a friendly person, there was no pressure into buying the car I wanted to buy and he made sure buying my first car was the best experience. I will most definitely recommend this company to my family and friends, An absolutely amazing service for all.

From the moment my daughter amd I arrived, Zak was brilliant in showing us around and explaining everything. There was no pressure to buy and when we were ready Zak took us for a test drive.

I had a great experience in buying a car at Wow Cars! There are a lot of cars available depending on your budget so it’s very easy to find something that suits you. Zack has been very helpful with all my requests considering I have never bought a car in the UK.
All cars come with at least 12months warranty and that gives you peace of mind.
