I enquired the company about a replacement NATO strap for my Seamaster 300 Spectre. Gopal was quick to respond with a great price. I proceeded with the order via bank transfer and received the item the next day via recorded delivery. The quality of the product is amazing and customer service was second to none. I would definitely feel confident buying from them in future.

Got the omega aquaterra turquoise 41mm from wow watches. The 41,mm was difficult to source but wow watches got it for me. I also opted to get the wooden omega box. This really emphasizes the watch whilst on display in the box.

I purchased a SC Omega Seamaster from this seller and, shortly afterwards, was asked to leave a review.

At the time, I did leave a positive review because the watch seemed fine on arrival.

However, around 3 months later, after spending over £500 on what was sold as a VSF super-clone, the watch literally fell apart after only occasional wear.

The case back came off and disappeared, the crown stopped working, and the watch became unusable.

I reported this to the seller back in October 2025. I was told they would try to source a replacement case back for me, but since then there has been no proper communication, no update, no part supplied, and no resolution.

I messaged again today, after months of hearing nothing, only to be told the watch had a 2-month warranty and that nothing could be done.

No goodwill gesture.
No real support.
No attempt to help.
Nothing.

For a watch costing over £500 to fail after 3 months of light use is bad enough. But the complete lack of aftercare makes it worse.

My advice would be to avoid this seller and go to someone reputable.

I have been following Tommie’s Timepieces WhatsApp group for around 8 months now. I have not purchased from them yet, but the comments, feedback and community feel far more genuine. The support Tommy gives looks next level compared with what I have experienced here.

I would not buy from this seller again.

Bought a number of watches from WOW now. Excellent service every time. If they have the timepiece in hand, you get it the next day. Can't beat service like that! Got the 50th Anniversary 43mm Sea dweller this time. Absolute perfection. Next day delivery again. Only supplier I would trust for S.C. timepieces 👍

Avoid WOW Watches at all costs. I paid for 2 “superclone” watches and after taking payment they completely stopped responding. The seller, Gopal, has now blocked me and I’ve received absolutely nothing.

I’ve had to contact my bank to start a chargeback process and I’ll also be reporting the matter to the police and relevant fraud authorities.

The whole experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Be very careful before sending them any money when there is plenty of better sellers out there!
