Wraith Energy Reviews 

Normally I drink sneak and love it so I thought I’d give wraith a try. Big mistake, huge. I spent a lot of money buying the terrifier 3 bottle and blueberry and raspberry lemonade, I also got a try out pack of sachets and another 40 serving tub of battlegum. The flavours are really good. However the drinks themselves are really vile. Very grainy and powdery tasting despite trying different methods of mixing it all ends up the same. It’s really unpleasant which is a shame as if this wasn’t an issue I would have continued buying wraith energy.

I purchased a multipack of 20 sachets and it came with a shaker cup, the offer that I got (which is standard for all, except a discount code I used) - it was amazingly priced in comparison to other providers and I can tell you from sampling different flavours from Wraith Energy to others, the taste of this was was great and the depth of taste hit the spot..

Along with the support staff, they are great and amazing at responding to emails and even helped me with other things (related to Wraith) - so, I truly believe the company in itself is amazing, with amazing staff members.

I will definitely come back to these guys (I'm just awaiting an email to see the variety of flavours that the staff love, so I can try them ;) soooo!)

I had a really great experience with Wraith. I initially ordered a flavour that it turned out I really didn't like. I emailed wraith about this as I honestly felt like it was way off (I later learned in the Facebook group that a lot of people are iffy with the lime flavours).
They offered me a replacement tub to try again and also sent me a free sample set of other flavours to try.

Customer service were amazing and I've now learned that DMT and peach iced tea are two of the top flavours going for me, including other brands.

The CS I spoke to was Dinky who was really professional and helpful, definite shout out there - thank you

As well as this, I posted about the first flavour in the Facebook group and the Facebook social media representative also made the offer to send free samples to try. Really appreciate them going above and beyond.

I normally drink Sneak but thought I’d give Wraith energy a go as they had a discount on. I went for peach ice tea as I enjoy the Sneak equivalent, but sadly found Wraith to be chalky. The flavour is good, but the texture is grainy and unpleasant to drink.
This is the only flavour I’ve tried, so could be the exception.

I have only tried one flavour so far Slayer Mango... and my GOD tastes so good! No crash and customer service is excellent! So far out if all the powdered enery drinks out there, this is the BEST!

Absolutely love wraith energy, top company with a top product.

They charge their customers less than the competitor brands.

The community pages are fun amd the customer service is next to none.

The taste and effect are amazing, everything as expected and even much much more. I recommend!!!

Tried this recently as a fizzy pop fiend trying to cut out fizzy drinks but still require high caffeine. The flavours are great although I add slightly more water than advised. Shipping was fast. Communication was amazing. Some reviews complaining about the texture and the drink being grainy but my experience was the total opposite and it's a much smoother texture than any other powdered drink I've tried in the past. Top notch product. Have already ordered more.

I've tried other brands but was really interested in trying Wraith when I saw they had a Terrifier collab. The reviews all seemed quite positive, good flavour selection and choice of shaker, including the Terrifier one, on the trial bundles so thought I would get one before committing to the big tubs.

The shaker itself, whilst nice that it's Terrifier branded, is very cheap and flimsy feeling compared to other brands. It just comes with a little wire ball inside rather than others that have built in systems for the same price. On delivery all the samples were just inside the shaker and the shaker was wrapped in paper in a plain shipping box. I get that this is cost saving and reducing packaging but even to have some sort of branding whether it be the box or paper, useful info or a thank you card, when opening the box (which other brands do for a similar price point) would have been nice. One of the samples I ordered was also missing and I received a duplicate flavour instead.

I contacted customer service to query and they advised that the missing flavour was currently out of stock, which is why I'd received a duplicate, but that they would send me a code to get one free when I ordered again if I wanted. This I appreciated until I actually tried it...

The flavour is very intense! Even adding more water than advised, but the major problem is the texture! Despite adding more water and endless amounts of shaking I still had this thick, grainy texture that I've never experienced with any other powdered drinks and made it undrinkable. I also found the shaker itself extremely difficult to open to the point where I was using both thumbs to try and push it open using so much force that it actually hurt and I had to try and cushion with my hoodie sleeves.

I went back to customer service, to see if maybe I was doing something wrong with mixing, and/or maybe I had a defective shaker, only to be told that this is normal for powdered drinks and they all have texture to them which isn't true having tried multiple brands. Also that it's normal for the shakers to be "a little stiff" when you first use them. There's stiff and there's being in physical pain trying to open something, that's not right either.

I appreciate the speed in which someone got back to me but the answers I received were not helpful, considering there's nothing on their website about there being a texture to their drinks either. Also if you want to return anything unsealed you have to pay the postage and a 15% restocking charge.

I'm just overall very disappointed by the product itself and lack of information from the website regarding something as basic as the texture of their product. This would have prevented me from buying in the first place. Also that an item I ordered was out of stock so I'd receive a replacement without any option to choose said replacement either or partial refund instead for the missing flavour. Instead only being offered a voucher to get it for free if I purchased from them again which, after this whole experience, I definitely wouldn't.

Great flavors and value

I've been buying a lot from wraith lately and I gotta say they have some amazing flavours! I also appreciate the fact they restock their flavours often (unlike a certain energy drink company that relies on FOMO)
And the fact wraith tubs are decently priced too makes it even better!

They also have awesome customer service and have helped me out straight away when I've had any issues or questions.

Overall I was going to give 3 stars.

The energy drink itself in the flavors I tried so far were really good, and the product itself does a great job. 4.5 stars.

The shaker I ordered looks NOTHING like the pictures. Clear false advertising. I then left a 2 star review on the site for said falsely advertised shaker. THEY ONLY POST THE GOOD REVIEWS!!

Honestly a ridiculous company, it can't have been hard to either post actual pictures of the shaker, or make them the colour they're advertised as? Their main product itself I would have been a returning customer for. IF they didn't filter out poor reviews I probably still would have bought more tubs in future

No customer support.

When I first started getting Wraith the customer support was great as were the products. Now however there is simply no customer support. I have sent multiple emails and they never respond.

I basically never leave reviews here but wraith customer service has gone above and beyond.

I submitted an order to wrong address, and they corrected that happily and no problem at all, even though it was me that made the mistake-

unfortunately when the order arrived it was missing a tub, and as soon as I let them know, they shipped a replacement and threw some free samples in there as well as a 'sorry"!

Have never had such a pleasant experience dealing with customer service before.

Awful tasting drinks and the company just cherry picks 4/5* reviews on their own site under the pretence that yours will be added even if it is negative.

So, I was skeptical regards this, as Sneak had been a complete letdown.
Can I just say, the Best consumer service I've ever received, epic shaker & the flavours,,,JEEZO.
my current favourite is Cult Candy.
It's...just......yum!

The sneak sour apple had too much of a powder taste.
Wraith Sour Apple is my current drink & I will definitely get more of them.
I bought a tub of PornStar...but my next tub will be the cult candy.(I can't praise that enough.)
They keep to their word about zero crash

One of my tubs went clumpy, they sent me a replacement. Shaker broken? Sent me a replacement. With any other brand, they would do nothing in these situations, so I honestly cannot praise them enough. Thanks team, keep up the amazing work.

Website really easy to use and when I've had to contact customer service for whatever reason, they're really quick to reply and very helpful.
