Extremely disappointing customer…
Extremely disappointing customer service and complaints handling.
I placed an order with WRE Apparel and experienced issues with items that I maintain were missing from the delivery. Despite raising the matter promptly and engaging with the company over an extended period, I found the process frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out.
Returned items were received by WRE but it took weeks for the refund to be processed, with no explanation or apology for the delay. Communication was poor throughout, and I repeatedly had to chase for updates.
I was advised that a supervisor would review the matter and provide a full response, however the eventual reply failed to address many of the questions I had raised. Requests for evidence relating to the order fulfilment process were declined, and the company simply repeated its position without providing any meaningful explanation.
What has disappointed me most is not the value of the items, but the way the complaint was handled. A straightforward customer concern became a lengthy and frustrating experience which left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously.
Based on my experience, I would be cautious about ordering from WRE Apparel and would hope they improve both their customer service and complaint handling processes in the future.
