There customer service was very rude and im never Ordering again they think there better then you and talk down to you

Over dealing with this company in varying levels for over a decade I have never had a single problem with them. They have recently done a massive massive sale and had a vast amount of awards, people with negative reviews over price mistakes are just mistake this company one of the best providers of wrestling items in this country.

Terrible customer service

Asked a simple question on the chat got a rude response when it was explained i was in the wrong i accepted it they proceeded to make me feel stupid and cancelled my order even when i requested them not to repeatedly

This was my first and only time i will be ordering from them worst customer service i have ever had when they admitted to just leaving me on chat with no reponse for over ten mins at a time for no reason and said yeah thats fine way to treat customers

I live a few miles up the road. Ordered at the weekend, shipped on Monday and arrived on Tuesday. Perfect!

I ordered two items from their website, which were special items from a recent event. Transaction went through ok however several hours later I got an email saying that the website had put one of them up at the wrong price.

At this point they said I could either swap it to an item that was £29.99 or pay the price it should have been at £64.99.

I elected to take a refund and asked, as their original email to me said ‘we will of course try and find a way to make this up to you’. When I asked what this would be the person I was corresponding with, Mark, goes ‘we have refunded you as you have chosen not to receive the item’. No attempt to honour the attempt to try and find a way to make this up to me.

Poor service

Excellent company, super quick dispatch, packaged well, and great quality will DEFINITLY be buying all my wrestling stuff from here from now on!!
