Well, as its name suggests, it does write a lot for you, so that you write less. However, it could be improved if it were more interactive. You can't make any changes to the draft in terms of format, use of pointers, or different headings. It's just one big document it generates.
If you know what you want and can filter it from all that Writeless generates, then this is for you.

I found this content to be a complete waste of time and resources. It does not reflect the capabilities of genuine AI-based academic assistance. The structure is disorganized, the language is awkward, and much of it seems to be poorly translated or machine-generated without proper review. This is not suitable for serious academic work and is certainly not aligned with Q1 journal standards.
I strongly advise others not to rely on this material, as it can mislead and result in wasted time, effort, and money. Accuracy, clarity, and human-like reasoning are essential in research support — and unfortunately, this document fails on all count

The fact that when referencing (intext) it doesn't include page numbers sucks. This means I have to go into cited articles to go seek information myself and add page numbers. I would appreciate the following referencing (Hussain & Chutney, 2024:53)

I love using Writeless AI. It’s a great academic tool and provides excellent support in accessing updated articles. However, it only uses one style of writing, which is essay format. For example, it doesn’t follow prompts exactly as entered it simply produces an essay.

My advice for the next upgrade would be to incorporate a dissertation style writing option to better assist individuals who are new to research, as well as to make it more convenient for those already familiar with academic writing.

It's just rubbish. The text it produces is just word salad: nothing of any substance even at a first year undergraduate level and written as if Google translate has been used: blatantly wrong words that make many sentences nonsensical. The finished product is poorly formatted (really not at all) and full of gibberish code: it seems unable to write an apostrophe. The text doesn't flow and can't detect blatant repetition - even many words duplicated next to each other. It can't produce headings let alone subheadings and is completely incapable of producing footnotes. A complete waste of money. Worse is that if you are silly enough to sign on for one year you're stuck with that even though you want to cancel within one hour of paying. There is no free option nor possibility of refunds.

So far, it has been invaluable. With the endless papers universities require, it has streamlined the process. Being able to generate references has almost made it worth it. I enjoy that it's also customizable to the paper length, type of writing, number of references, and the style. Currently, the only thing that would make it better is the ability to add sections and prompts to an ongoing paper continuously. Sometimes I prefer to write in pieces, rather than the entire thing at once.

I subscribed for a one-year subscription, anticipating that writeless.AI would be a good resource for editing/proofreading and synthesizing my research. Instead, I was unable to locate the document I uploaded, and in return, got a whole new document. This may be acceptable to some; however, I already had my research written. I wanted assistance with tightening up areas of the thesis, and if any AI was used, that it remains undetected. Writeless disregarded my whole paper! NOT what I was looking for. When I went to cancel, I saw that it would be cancelled in 2026, so the "cancel anytime" slogan is misleading. I'll stick with Grok.
