The most truly amazing team i have had the pleasure to work with. Wow where do I start. I had this vision for my book and wanted a company that would measure up to the highest expectations I had. And they did just that!!
They were kind caring and listened to everything I wanted. They even listened as I wanted so many changes snd no job was too big. Brian was truly amazing as my project manager. Having read the previews, I had high hopes this would be a smooth ride, and for once, the reviews weren’t lying! Brian Wilson (sadly not the Beach Boys one, though I did hum “Good Vibrations” throughout) has held my hand every step of the way, without once breaking into song. My overall experience with Writercosmos was positive. While there were a few initial challenges, such as missed meetings and limited follow-up in, these issues were quickly resolved once the manager, Janet, became involved. Janet was exemplary in her communication—she kept me well-informed, responded promptly to emails, and consistently maintained a professional approach.

The illustrations were an area that required some refinement. The initial drafts did not fully meet expectations and appeared somewhat below standard; however, once I provided clearer examples and shared my vision, the illustrator was able to adapt effectively and ultimately delivered work that aligned much more closely with my goals.

The project was later managed by Brian, who also provided excellent customer service. He was efficient, responsive, and ensured that any questions I had were addressed in a timely manner. When a query fell outside of his expertise, he proactively connected me with the right person to provide the necessary support. Both Janet and Brian handled my feedback with professionalism and were receptive to adjustments regarding both content and illustrations.

Although the launch of the book is delayed, the team has remained committed and been working collaboratively. Overall, Writercosmos has a dedicated and professional team. With their responsiveness, adaptability, and commitment to client feedback, they have proven to be a valuable partner, and I would recommend them as a company to work with.

I had a great experience working with Writercosmos on the publication of my first book. The company met all the deadlines we agreed on and showed both patience and professionalism throughout the process. Janet and the crew are a hard-working group of people. They made all the revisions I requested and displayed patience and resilience throughout the project. They also guided me throughout the entire process. I am not sure they had done a Christian book before, but they strapped up their boots and dug in. We had a few failures to communicate, but that is to be expected. However, the most crucial part is that Janet and the team did not abandon me! She encouraged me to the end. However, this may not be the end, as we may work on another project together in the future. Who knows?

Choosing a publisher is difficult, but straight away, upon being welcomed on board by Head of Operations, Zachariah Watson, it was clear that the relationship between myself and Writer Cosmos was going to work well. Since that 'welcome', the team, and especially Janet Millar, Associate Manager, and my main contact, have exceeded my original expectations in every respect in publishing my work. The following things are really important to me in this 'getting one's work out there' situation, and Janet and the team have delivered all of them: excellent communications, being really helpful with advice, being particularly patient (essential) and also being completely reliable.
Surprisingly, with me living in the UK, and Writer Cosmos being based in the USA, the time difference between us of some 5 hours has effectively doubled our productive working times on my manuscript.
I wouldn't hesitate to thoroughly recommend them to any aspiring author... on whatever side of 'the pond' they are based.

On January 21st I signed up with writercosmos and it was the best thing I did. My project manager Janet Millar was so helpful and friendly and has guided me step by step to get my book published.
