Today's customer experience was very professional and intentional. The representative Alex Paul not only went over and above his level of customer service; demonstrated leadership quality service as a managing supervisor. Grateful for experienced, and passionate employees such as Alex Paul.

Best, Author Kevin Washington-What Is Life?

I have been working with Writer Cosmos for the past 3 months to help market my book, and I have seen an increase in sales since then. The creative team at Writer Cosmos has done a great job in providing organic results for my book, and they have even helped rank my author website as well. However, there have been some communication gaps along the way. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided by Writer Cosmos and would recommend them for book marketing needs.

Used Writer Cosmos for my book publishing needs and I was very happy with the service. The process was super easy and they took care of everything for me. The customer support was the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend Writer Cosmos for anyone looking to publish their book. Great service all around!

I recently used Writer Cosmos to publish my children's book on various online platforms. I had initially read some mixed reviews about their services, which caused some hesitation. However, after speaking with a helpful team member, they explained that every company can received negative feedback, often because of differing expectations. They reassured me that clear communication is key to a smooth process. Based on this conversation, decided to move forward with Writer Cosmos. I'm happy to report that my experience was very positive. They published my book on schedule and kept me informed throughout the process. The team was always available to answer any questions I had and discuss any details that arose. Overall, I would recommend Writer Cosmos for anyone looking to publish a children's book. Their clear communication and commitment to deadlines made the process stress-free.

I utilized Writer Cosmos for their book publishing services to self-publish my book on Amazon KDP. I am pleased to say that they did an excellent job. They skillfully formatted my book to meet industry standards, developed and eye-catching book cover, and successfully published my book. The team at Writer Cosmos was highly professional throughout the process. Although the project took slightly longer than expected, the final outcome was truly outstanding. I would highly recommend Writer Cosmos for anyone looking to self-publish their book.

Writercosmos has made publishing so easy!

I found the WriterCosmos online. New to the publishing world I did not know what to expect. So, I entered a contract with Writercosmos, thinking, let's see what this firm can do for me. Their professionalism, insight, and promptness are outstanding.

Janet and her team were more than helpful in getting our project done just the way we wanted it, and never complaining when we made changes. The process has been very easy to go through, and we are happy with the outcome.

Writer Cosmos ripped me off fo $50,000.00
I had to put my home which I lived for 20 years on the market to pay all my bills. I retired from IBM and Lockheed Martin in 2004 after losing my first wife. I lived in my house for 20 years. I loved my home and now I lost it because Writer Cosmos ripped me off.
I promised every creditor I would pay them back every penny when I sold my house. I am a believer in Jesus Christ and I am obligated to pay my creditors because it was not their fault that Writer Cosmos ripped me off. I just wanted to write a book and it should not cost me $50,000.00 to write a book. I told them I could not afford to pay much money. They kept telling me lies. I should have known better. I could usally spot a scammer right away. I even paid a lawyer $350.00 to check them out and he sent me a letter that they were legit. I still have that letter.
My Name is Robert J Recchio back in July I gave them a 5 star review before they ripped me off.
I can verify everything I stated give me a call if you have any questions. Now my wife and I have to find a different home. I am 77 years old and I have been through hell. I hope and pray that no other innocent person gets scammed like I did.

I was helped every step of the way, while being treated with respect and kindness.
If I had a query or wished to change something it was taken care of promptly

The attention to detail that was given to my projects was exceptional! I am delighted to have The Writer Cosmos be my publisher.

The organization was honest in addressing an issue with a problem I had in the review process and addressed it immediately once brought to their attention. Once resources were corrected the people assigned to my project were sensitive to my concerns and were committed to completing the remaining steps. What appeared to be a rocky start to my first project the end result was satisfying to the point I wanted to continue the relationship with my second project.

This experience has been an eye-opening and rewarding one. I was very naive to think I could self-publish a book and sales would go through the roof! After understanding that wasn't the case, I researched publishers and signed on with Writercosmos. Through the months that followed, they reviewed my book, tightening any lose ends I hadn't noticed. Any time I had a different take on some aspect of the process, Janet Millar would always get back to me in a timely fashion. Her efforts, along with the graphics department, were always genuine and helpful. My thoughts were always paramount in her mind, and that was very important to me. They also created an advertising campaign and a video, all in an effort to introduce this to as many viewers as possible. I subsequently hired them to market my book and look forward to seeing how it plays out. This company provides what they advertise. Vincent Layton and Janet Millar have always had my back, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the most exposure for their books. A great company, and a very positive experience!

My experience has been great because of the skill in publishing, and polite feedback that this company possesses. Whenever I had a problem with my data, they gave me information on how to solve it. Each of the areas that need to be professionally ready for publishing has been checked and rechecked. I feel confident in the correctness of publishing my books with them. They have been doing this continually for many years. They are the experts.

Writercosmos produced a well-crafted finished book with solid binding. I was much impressed with the finished product. Janet Millar was my pre-press contact and she always answered my emails promptly and thoughtfully.

Janet has been very helpful every step of the way.

There was a complete lack of communication between the initial chat on the website and the actual team I worked with.
The service I signed up for wasn't delivered and then it was a long battle to be refunded. Emails were ignored by Writercosmos and then return phone calls were not made despite them promising they would.
I finally went through their chat feature on the site and was told my refund was now being processed. Not a pleasant experience

Wow. The ease and affordability of the process accompanying the superior support of the staff is incredible.
