The delivery was not to my home address but to the Park Office of a Leisure Lodge Park. The Office is not manned until 10:00 am on any day which had the potential of causing problems with the original delivery schedule of 8 am to 5 pm. When I explained this to their customer services they said that they would contact the courier to ensure that delivery was not attempted until after 10am which is exactly what happened. Happy days!
This is top notch customer service but I don't feel I can leave a 5* review because I was promised two telephone calls to advise me of the delivery time for the day - but neither of these were made. So sad!

Fuss free and efficient. New thermostat/timer was exactly as described and original; not a copy. It came quicker than expected, and when I sent a quick email of thanks I got a very warm reply. I wish they were round the corner.

A customer of mine requested a slimline cylinder instead of a regular cylinder at 6pm on bank holiday Friday. I spent the evening Googling places and found WRPM in Wolverhampton. I called them at 9.15am this morning (Sat 19th). Had a chat, the guy said if I ordered it online they’d have it to me on Tuesday for my job to start as planned. He then called me back and said, would I be home for the next hour or so? If I could stay in they’d get it to me. Honestly, I didn’t believe it but with 4.7 on Trustpilot I just went with it. The cylinder arrived at 10.48am. That’s 1hr 33m from me ordering it. I live in Coventry. Free delivery. Absolutely ridiculous level of service. Amazon Prime don’t even offer that but I got it for a 300 litre unvented cylinder an hours drive down the M6. Ridiculous. So grateful.

We ordered item for our customer who requested this specific item . we attend site to fit opened box to find this was not suitable and now we have tried to return item brand new just opened and they say no if you opened the item costly mistake of over £1000.00 for our client this can costs contracts and jobs . we even offered to see if they would take it back loosing 30% still no response who needs service like this . We will not use this company in the future and all our other safe partners though out the UK
