As we weren't sure what cover we needed, we had a zoom call with Sarah who went through what would be best for us.
She explained terms we didn't fully understand and clarified queries we had promptly via email after the call.
We both felt that we had the cover that was the best fit for our organisation. Sarah was very confident and knowledgeable which really helped.
