U said delivery would be here 9/3. No show u txt me delayed mean while Wife stayed home for delivery losing a days pay for what? U still charged a delivery fee! Probably cancel membership. Lost $ on this one

the order arrived in a timely way but your app/AI settings are lame - I had to once again contact you about wrong information in my account re delivery - this is the 4th or 5th time I’ve asked to have it fixed but the same mistake

My experience with WSJ Wine is mixed
My experience with WSJ Wine is mixed. Recently I was contacted by a "personal shopper", a sommelier, who encouraged me to call her with my orders rather than ordering online. I welcomed this, however when I tried to contact her to place an order she didn't return my calls. Trying to order on the website I hit a roadblock and couldn't complete the purchase. Frustrating. Corporations are stupid.

we didnt get the wine we ordered by…
we didnt get the wine we ordered by item number, which was a 94 pt rated from 2023.. you substituted an unrated, or if rated, it didn't do well enough to publicize the number, from 2024. (and different item number!) Hope you will be returning my payment and picking up the unordered wine

WSJ Wine has placed orders for my account without my knowledge and billed me for wine they never shipped.

WSJ is a great wine club! So many good wines to choose from and they're from many parts of the world. I can customize my case and buy wine before my next order is due to arrive. The shipping is fast and I have never had a late shipment. WSJ is just an excellent wine club overall!
