Delivered as promised

The bottles, carefully packed, were delivered, as promised, early enough in the day so that high temperatures were not a factor. My only complaint? Quit scheduling deliveries on Sunday! Some of us go to church in the morning and schedule get-togethers in the afternoon.

Have trouble ordering from email offers. Have to call in my order. Sometimes the first rep can't handle it

There was a missing bottle from my order...

There was a missing bottle from my order and it was obvious that one of the bottles broke as evidence from the wine stain on the label of another bottle. Instead of the usual carton, the bottles were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and thrown in a pile in the box, and were definitely not stored in a cool environment. They were overheated and very warm to the touch.

When I called WSJ Wine, the rep said she could not ship me another bottle of what was missing but would only credit me for the cost of one bottle. I asked about the rest of the case since I won't know until I open each bottle how it will taste due to the warm/hot conditions they were in. I was told to call back if there was a problem with the other bottles.

Honestly, they should have just shipped me another replacement case. I won't know how the rest of the bottles will taste like.

I keep getting denied access to wsjwine website

I keep getting denied access to wsjwine website. I get in, start ordering wine or looking at bottles of wine to purchase and I get kicked out. I am using chrome as my browser and I have cleared my cache and I am in the United States. Here is the message I get:
You don't have permission to access wsjwine on this server. Reference#18.afa03b17.1789763819.2ef3391b
