They have a team that look after absolutely everything from finding the right property to finance sorting, finding a real estate management team, conveyancing i literally didn't have to do anything other then decide if I liked the properties they sourced and to go ahead. Late last year, a friend of mine purchased an investment property through an SMSF set up by WT Capital. I watched how smooth the process was and decided to do the same myself.
WT Capital handle the entire process of setting up your SMSF and bank accounts. They are partnered with various professional services which they organise to give you a seamless experience, the whole experience was incredibly easy. WT Capital also have this great and simple online portal to track progress and sign documents. I was able to review summaries and sign forms on my phone during busy workdays, which made it fit seamlessly into my work day – because signing these documents are always time critical and need immediate attention.
WT Capital also help identify and recommend properties aligned to your strategy, using their knowledge of the market and key growth areas—again, making the process very straightforward.
While there is a fee that might seem high at first, the value becomes clear. They do a significant amount of work, reduce risk, and provide expert advice comparable to other professional services. When minor issues came up (nothing on WT’s end), they had the right connections to resolve them quickly and keep everything on track.
Their financial modelling was spot on—my rental income and super contributions fully cover the mortgage and expenses, so I don’t need to contribute additional funds from my personal money.
If you’re considering this path, I highly recommend WT Capital. Doing it yourself is possible, but it takes much longer and requires significant effort and expertise. If you want it done efficiently and correctly, they’re well worth it.

I'll also end this on the staff and their professionalism. Always friendly, always willing to help, and respond very fast. They make what is a tedious and daunting process into something easy and they do it with absolute professionalism.
