The problem is they do not offer any sports bonuses anymore, they used to have live and regular sports cashback every week, if you lose alot getting a small amount back is nice. Support is unresponsive when asking for a small cashback. When requesting a withdrawal it takes time, and they have the option to cancel withdrawal requests which in the end makes you cancel it and play it again until loosing, it's just bad practice. Used to be good, now it's not anymore.
