The process is easy from booking to getting the results. Customer service response via email is good, but over the phone need to wait for a long time. Also, this is one of the cheapest services I found in the market.

Excellent communications throughout & fast service (next day results from receipt) by 1010labs themselves - but seriously let down by Royal Mail taking 5 days to deliver our samples to them despite "24hr" postage paid (check tracking before blaming the lab for delays?). I will certainly use this company again. I found them to be just as good as competitors, but at a much more affordable price.

The worst experience ever, a company to avoid. No coordination between teams, wrong information misled me and I have to pay £200 for an extra urgent covid test and get to the airport 6 hours before my flights tonight with my young kids just to be able to go on holiday fly out.I am exhausted due to stress, I didn’t even close my eyes all night trying to find a solution so our holidays won’t be ruined.

Awful, has taken a week to get results

It took way too long to get my kit and get my test results causing me to isolate lot longer than necessary. It took total 11 days. However, the price was great.

Went for the less expensive option (bad choice), to discover they charged me 9,90£ for shipping for 24h. It was actually Royal Mail delivering it and I received it 6 days after… first time this has happened to me with a provider and I have tried different ones.

My experience with the 1010labs was great, tests delivery, tests results, all went great. So, based on my experience, I would recommend them.

I have arrived on 26th December and received the second day testing kit on the 30th of December I have tested on the same day and posted back in same day and received today on the 9th of January that my result is negative I'm fully vaccinated should be out of Quarantine after second day very very poor service

Service was excellent and order amendments were carried out with no extra cost.

I ordered a day 2 pcr test on Sunday 26/12/21 to ensure that I would get my test kit by Wednesday 29/12/21.
I got my test on Friday morning 31/12/21, kit seemed alright.

So I did my day 2 test on day 3 and send it on the same day before 10 am due to Royal mail collection times, which they warned me about.

They got my test on Thursday 6/01/22. I emailed them and I got my results on Friday night around 9pm 7/01/22, less than 24h.
I had to isolate for 10 days in total, but I did get what I paid for.

I was suspicious in the beginning because of the low price. But then it got much worse than I thought. The test arrived very late, and I never got my result back! So according to rules I should have isolated all this time, which practically would have caused me to lose my job. The least I could ask is to get a refund. But when I went on their website and found out they don't have a return and refn policies, obviously! I still don't understand if they're real company or a scam. In either case, they need to shut down immediately and stop fooling people!

Result was processed 7 days late and only when I had asked for a refund. I had been testing with lateral flows (negative) so that I didn’t have to isolate but had I been relying on this, it would have been in isolation for a lot longer than necessary.

I got the test result a week after I did the test.

Still waiting for my results after 8days, they say they’ve sent them but I’ve not had any notifications, won’t be using this company again that’s for sure, and they ask me for a good review, afraid not, very poor service

Had problems initially, later got call from lab and issues resolved. Can understand the pressure but we are paying for these tests and expect better services in future. Good at least they called to resolve the issue.

Missing one test in packaging. Spend 2 hours on the phone to sort this out and after 2 hours I am not even sure I will receive the missing test. The people in the call centre don't speak English very well. They speak only basic English and don't have a clue what you are trying to tell them. Nightmare!!!

Avoid at all costs.
1. Day 2 tests arrived late.
2. Test kit paperwork is primitive - no online registration like more professional providers.
3. Shipping charges are too high considering that they only use Royal Mail. They should use DPD or similar for these shipping costs.
4. Took much, much longer to get results than any other provider I have used.

I have travelled internationally extensively the past 20 months, and have tried several test providers. This outfit is by far the worst (by a long way). They may appear to be cheaper than some, but the value for money is really poor.

You have been warned.

Very bad service! My day 2 rest took 5 days to come back and day 8 still waiting and it's already a week. Don't reply to emails and was waiting on the phone for 2.5h for them to tell me to be patient! Don't buy tests from there is yiu want quick turnaround
