Terrible customer service. I ordered a A/C blower part and they sent me the wrong part number. They insisted it was correct but cross-reference check with Mitsubishi showed otherwise. They were supposed to send me a return label. That was last Monday. They have not sent it yet and all communication since has been ignored. This was an expensive part and I got majorly screwed! Buyer Beware.

Buyer beware!!! Check to see the return policy. This company makes it very difficult to return a part that is either the wrong part or if you are unsatisfied with the part. I ordered a drain pan for my AC unit. When it arrived, the tech said immediately that it wouldn’t fit. When I wanted to replace it with the correct part size 1877 For Parts said they would accommodate me, (This is all by email. You can’t talk to a person) but I had to ship it back in the same box by the original shipper, UPS paying 3 times as much as their company price and because they sent the wrong part but said, “that’s the part you ordered, no mistake on our end”, I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee. The part cost $118.00 plus $20.83 for shipping a total of $139.78. I had to pay $64.91 to ship it back in the original packing or they would not honor my refund. You would think I would be credited for the full cost of the part for all this trouble, but no chance. They charged me the 30% restocking fee and was credited only $81.27 so you do the math. I lost money sending the part back. In hindsight, I should have just trashed the part. They made out because they can resell the part and I just feel like a sucker. At least I got a little refund so I got to give them a little credit for that and why I gave them One Star. Stay away from this company if there is any question that you just might have to return the part. Long and short I went with another company called Supply House. The part fit great and even if it didn’t fit, their return policy is very fair. Good luck.

The bathroom fan blower arrived quickly, fit perfectly and is quiet when running. These 70+ year olds were able to replace the old one easily (well, a hammer blow to get the last tab firmly in place) but electrical hookup worked perfectly as did fit of blower in ceiling hole.

The item arrived in a week and fit like a glove. I can't even hear the fan running, and no fog on the bathroom window.

This is a small family owned business and I will use them again very happy with Service shipping and product.

their website shows a picture of a different pump and the one they sent is not a drop in replacement, so beware. what you see is not what you get. and a 30% restocking fee means they don't care because their profit is the same whether you return it or not. in fact, they may make more if you do return it!

I live in a small remote town in the middle of nowhere. My furnace motor seized and fan assembly grenaded. I found the entire blower assembly at 1877ForParts.com and ordered it. Kyle reached out to get the furnace serial# to confirm I had ordered the correct part. It showed up quickly, packed great and undamaged. It was a simple plug and play repair. Living in such a small remote area, I would have payed an outrageus repair bill or possibly been talked in to a furnace replacement. Thank You!

I was pulling my hair out trying to get a part for my dad's water heater and NO ONE in town had it and it was going to take a month for the part. So, I called 877forparts.com and they had it and sent it out right away. There very pleasant to talk with.

I would leave a negative zero. This is a scam. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, NOR RETURN MESSAGES. If I would have seen these reviews earlier I would have RAN. All they have to do is file a claim and will NOT respond and UPS won't file without them. Somebody is giving me my money back.

I was told that the item would be there Friday. The plumber called me it never came. When I contacted you, I was told it would be there on Monday. I responded that I was now screwed because the house upstate needed the part to keep the heat on and now, I had to hope that the pipes don't freeze. The response from your employee is that everyone gets into a tizzy because they don't get the item in 1 day and that he did his job and that ups didn't do there's so it's not his fault. So, on the website it says will be there Friday. If the brain surgeon knew that this was a problem that they have been having 1 he may have suggested 2day guaranteed delivery and 2 maybe talk to his supervisor and say maybe we should talk to ups about their delivery system and maybe try someone else. But that didn't happen, but he has developed a thick skin from everyone complaining. Maybe he should try sitting in a hole while someone is lobbing mortar shells at you or 75 mm shells all while being shot at. see how thick your skin is then. I SUGGEST THAT YOU FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DEAL WITH THE SURVICE WAS HORRIBLE. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND YOU GET NO HELP PLUS THE PART WAS THE WRONG ONE. 1 STAR IS TO MUCH PLUS THERE IS NO CORPERATE OFFICE NUM WHICH MEANS THAT THIS REVIEW CAN JUST BE USED FOR TOILIT PAPER

Sent damaged part customer service will not respond this is a scam company they sent a part that was damaged and shipped anyway do not do business with this company take heed to their abysmal rating you have been warned

Their delivery takes forever. If You want to wait several weeks to get Your parts, this is a right company for You.

Never got a refund or credit for the product I ordered, as stated in another review my emails were ignored regarding the status. I used my own money to ship the item back too. I called their number, left a message, and was never called back. It's been 3 months and I haven't heard anything back from them. They got their product back and I'm out over $80.00. I do not recommend this company.

I ordered the wrong part and wanted their help exchanging it for the right one. They never replied to my messages or calls. I am stuck with the wrong part.
