Great experience

I made an order and havent got any tracking ref number . I have made contact various times with the companybut no answer. this company is doing bad thing to many customers. The company states it will be delivered within 1-2 days with an extra charge but nothing. The contact numbers are not recognised, emails are not being replied to.facebook page is not active this is a scam . Have complained about this trademark and waiting.

If I could leave no stars I would. I contacted them via email and their site on 5 occasions with no reply. Ordered 1 box of vapes meant to arrive within 48 hours 1 week later still no package or updates. Impossible to get hold of them to get an answer. I’m now having to go through the bank to get a refund. Trading standards informed.

I have placed 3 orders with this company since November last year. They don’t update their stock levels on their website, so you will place an order and then get a WhatsApp message saying the item you’ve ordered is out of stock, and offering something else. This is fine, albeit slightly annoying.
My last order they didn’t even tell me one box of the vapes was out of stock, and they just sent me a random other flavour which wasn’t very nice. I raised this with them, and they said they’d replace it, but it cost me £6.50 to return them back to them. When I said about refunding me the postage, they said they would send me 3 vapes to cover the cost. So I returned the incorrect vapes. They confirmed receipt, but then said they wouldn’t be able to send me the vapes they had promised. They offered me a refund instead. They are not scammers, as others have suggested, but their customer service needs work. I’ve spent weeks trying to sort this out, and am left not really wanting to use them again and go through all this hassle. You can’t trust what they say as they’ve proven to be dishonest, unfortunately.

I placed an order for two boxes of Vapes.
Order arrived incorrect tried to contact via email. Got no reply.
Eventually contacted via SMS was told that it would be sorted.
I’ve waited for about five weeks now And nothing has arrived yet, I’m also now getting no reply on the SMS.

They are scammers do not buy from them.

Despite dubious reviews on here I gave this company a go and to my surprise the order was delivered fast and the products were as they should be.. Will definitely use again

Absolutely terrible company! Stay away. Ordered over a month ago for 24/48hr delivery and still not arrived. You get not reply via email. If you finally get a reply via sms they will just tell you that they are sorry and will definitely post today. This will happen for weeks still without them posting.

Sender would not compensate for packages that are deemed lost in transit. We are talking high value. Sender had created separate consignments per carton and consignment labels are handwritten where my consignment had the incorrect suburb. I did made a mistake in putting the wrong postcode however the suburb was written as Melbourne instead of Port Melbourne and after months of the package floating between two different distribution centers, and chasing for an update between sender and Auspost, package was moved to RMA center due to no sender's address. Once the package was confirmed lost in transit, sender refuses to take ownership of responsibility, shifts the blame on the customer and stopped replying. Such a terrible experience, no compensation for items that haven't been delivered. Money down the drain.

Vape broke within 2 weeks and they wouldn't help at all. Wouldn't even send me a copy of receipt so I could take it direct to the manufacturer. Awful service.
