Their pricing isn't bad but they made a big mistake with my order and didn't resolve it. I spent over $300+ on my order. They said to pick another color for one of the shoes I ordered because they ran out. I replied giving them a new color and in that same email, I clearly stated for them to "please make sure that they send me a SIZE US MENS 8.5." They replied that "it was NOTED on their end." However, when I received my shoes 3 weeks later, they sent me US MENS 9.5 for all 4 shoes that I ordered! And for one of the shoes, the sent me the wrong color!!! I asked for help and they basically ignored me saying that the mistake wasn't on their end. I replied with a screen shot of the email where I specifically asked them to "PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SEND ME A 'US MENS 8.5.'" They ignored my email. Now I'm stuck with over $300+ worth of shoes that are too big and the wrong color! Avoid these stupid idiots if possible! Also, the shoes look fake. I compared them to the real ones I bought from Foot Locker and all of the shoes I received are FAKE!!!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding an order I placed with your company nearly three weeks ago, for which I have yet to receive any meaningful shipping update, tracking information, or confirmation regarding the status of my purchase.

At the time of purchase, your company represented and advertised timely fulfillment and shipping expectations. However, your continued failure to provide updates or deliver the purchased merchandise may constitute deceptive business practices, false advertising, breach of implied contract, and negligent misrepresentation under applicable consumer protection laws.

I have made this purchase in good faith and expected professional communication and fulfillment standards. Instead, I have experienced a complete lack of transparency and what appears to be broken promises regarding shipment timelines. This type of conduct is both unacceptable and misleading to consumers.

Please consider this correspondence a formal demand for immediate clarification regarding:

The current status of my order

Verified shipping and tracking information

An expected delivery date

If I do not receive a satisfactory response and/or my purchased items within a reasonable timeframe, I am prepared to escalate this matter by filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), consumer protection agencies, and any other appropriate regulatory entities. I will also consider pursuing chargeback remedies through my financial institution for failure to provide goods and services as promised.

I expect prompt resolution of this matter without further delay.

It’s so confused to me how people are saying that they are receiving a product from this company I placed an order March 7. Today is May 5. It’s about to be two months since I placed this order and I have emailed this company asking about it and I asked for a refund at this point. I am going to dispute this with my bank because no one is answering my emails back, but once I leave a review, he had replied to the review. no, I’ve been patient and I have email so what’s left to do at this point.

It’s been 4 days and I’ve been still waiting for my shipping details man I know this is a small company but come on y’all, you guys have so many people buying from y’all and can’t even give me my details in four whole business days.

Amazing quality, I purchased some shorts, and a few jackets. I’ll always come back to buy more. I definitely recommend!

The quality and shoe is great, sometimes problem with tracking app and the wait for the product take long but it worth it. Just be careful and have a talk with the owner in discord before buying anything. Good stuff after all.

Please avoid don't waste your money.
I would never order or suggest anyone ordering from here as had really bad experience with this company. They do not do refund or even exchange if size goes wrong. I placed an order for shoes last year for my son which was ok and received right UK size but again last month I ordered UK size and received US size which was way too small and also the shoes were already on small side would not fit which was total waste of money. My son was very upset. Contacted customer service which they were very rude replying. I even requested that I will pay for postage but still received a very rude response and would not offer any support or show a good customer service. Waste of money and poor customer service

I got my jordan 4 in a short time, the owner of the store treated me good and helped me, great quality overall.

I refer to the many emails I have sent regarding a tracksuit the was advertised on your website as a different colour to the one received
Is it normal for this company to ignore requests for refunds or exchanged that they are entitled to? I will take this matter further if I don't receive a reply, it is my right under the consumer rights act to have my money back or the correct item sent.

I am shocked by your response or lack of and level of customer service, it speaks volumes about the morals of your company
