My 6500PE crudeoil 17 march all of sudden sold automatically @loss heavy loss without any express intimation or msg on their own by 5 paisa idiots and when I called the damn call center that stupid arrogantly answering as if I made a mistake of opening a scam platform like 5paisa.com

Pros:
The account opening process was simple and initially advertised as free. The platform itself is functional and allows users to place trades without major technical issues.

Cons:
However, my overall experience with the service has been disappointing. Although the account was promoted as free at the time of opening, I have been charged DP AMC charges of ₹29.50 per month continuously for the past three years. These charges are applied every month regardless of trading activity, even when trades are made regularly. Recently, additional delayed AMC charges have also been applied, which increases the overall cost significantly for small or regular investors.

When I contacted customer support regarding these charges, the response was not satisfactory. The support representative, Rohit Shende, suggested that the best solution would be to close the account or transfer the shares to another account instead of helping resolve the issue. When I asked for assistance in transferring shares, proper support was not provided, and I was only given help documents to follow. This type of response does not meet the expectations of customers who need proper guidance and support.

Advice for Management:
The company should provide clearer and more transparent communication about all applicable charges, especially DP AMC and related fees, at the time of account opening. Customer support services also need improvement so that representatives focus on helping customers resolve issues instead of suggesting account closure. Additionally, better assistance should be provided for processes like transferring shares or managing account-related concerns.

Bad, poor, not worth

it's really a fraudster trading app... for rekyc they don't have digital platform , they ask customer to do offline submission of documents. And their customer service is one of the worst customer service..... they are good for nothing .... even supervisor can't help you with anything .... pathetic ....please don't use this app for any kind of trading work,

Simple interface but bit slow on charting but nothing impossible if get used to it. Web platform did not meet my expectations. A neat interface would have welcome.
They provide trading calls you have judge them before you use them have 40 percent accuracy.
Mostly focused on pushing ipo and mf like most but why should we invest is not very indepth
They have trading community but with no voice people , don't depend on them.
Need more in option platform, like cover order in option, fast execution is a issue, stop loss is skipped, sometime chart freezes. And mutual funds do not update .need on chart execution of buy sell like dhan and fyers

Most Fraudulent. Deduct DP AMC Charges before due date. Fool Customers, because most of the customers are unaware about these non-sense activities.
I am watching every activity & aware people about that.
I want to share the same among millions on Social Networking Sites.

I give One Star because of the Customer Support Team.
The customer support team is worst.
They never give you any clear cut answer to your questions.
And you never easily reach them on chat for the Worst Chat Bot.
Worst experience.
For the chat bot you never easily reach to a customer support agent. And when you reach to an agent, they never give you proper information.

It is very simple and systematic app which can be used for buying and selling share at stock market ..I loved it
