Absolutely scam! On the website it say my parcel was delivered but no one came to my house to deliver any package from this courier! AVOID 😞😏

Realice un pedido, alepidowise, entregado a su paqueteria con número JFGJ131155927CN, y di seguimiento hasta que 39 días después apareció como entregado, y yo nunca recibí el paquete? ¿ paso ? El pedido lo hice desde Noviembre 2023. Y

Me cambiaron el estatus a Entregado incluso antes de llegar a la fecha y es día que no lo recibo,
Inmediatamente me comunique a la tienda de mi pedido, ya que no tienen ni a donde te puedas comunicar con ellos y el único correo que ofrecen se devuelve indicando que no existe
Espero hagan algo porque a lo veo es ya costumbre ese movimiento en esa paqueteria

It has been 35 days I haven't received what I order and I read the reviews and all of them is the same they're not reliable I just want my refund and they're running a scam.

This is a scam , the company that sends you the first email pretends to be fashion nova it’s on Instagram. They send you a fake confirmation of your order that ypu can only see for maybe a few days, then ypu get fraudulent emails that tell you to track on this fake tracking page

I normally check to make sure, but was from a reputable company outlet so I ordered a few items which included a dress for my son's wedding.
I'm on my 23rd day an nothing had arrived.
after loads of emails telling me nothing I phoned my credit card company and they're going to sort it and I'll get my money back. It was only £36 but I want my money back if they're not sending my goods.
I even phoned the ombudsman and they didn't care

I ordered 2 winter jackets from a place I thought was reputable, but I came to find out it was a scam. I didn't lose much money...only $28.00 but I now have to shut down that credit card and have my bank file a dispute. Several emails were exchanged, but every time I went to 818 Tracking my package was always in transit. My last communication was that my package had been delivered. BALONEY!!!

Well same as everyone else says delivered never recieved either package. Contact them again say they will recend and i will have to sign for it. Well says delivered and I never received those packages either. They are scammers.

This company says they delivered two packages which they never did even though the tracking information says so. I work from home so there is no way they delivered my packages. I reach back out to merchant about this issue they said they will resend my order now the same carrier 818TRACK says it was delivered. They are clearly scam artist never again.

Es una gran estafa, según el producto fue entregado el día 09 de febrero 2024 10:35 y estamos a 08 de febrero 2024 y son 23:50, voy asesorarme bien legalmente y espero que proceda

No delivery after 2 attempts. The sender is lying about it being delivered the first time then admitted it " got lost in transit" after confirmation that I would sign for second delivery. No second delivery. They are saying that the delivery company is not refunding. If you require signature, who the heck allegedly signed? DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST THIS SHIPPING COMPANY. THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY KIDS CHRISTMAS AND BIRTHDAY GIFTS AND THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNSCRUPULOUS!!!!
