If there was a way to leave no stars…. They don’t even deserve 1 star!!! Everything everyone is saying is true…, total SCAM!! Unfortunately my bank declined my request for refund after turning them in for fraud.

I ordered quite a bit of stuff in Oct.23 I've been emailing and emailing they email back offered to resend everything because they said my stuff got lost by the courier.. Ok so I went along with it and here it is March 24 and still nothing... No refund no nothing from them... But I was able to go to my bank and claim a fraud claim and was refunded my money from my bank.. SCAMMMMMMM

As others have said, a total scam. Used by rogue traders to pretend a delivery of goods which takes longer than expected and states that it has been delivered when in fact nothing has arrived. If you order anything from a site/business that uses this as the tracker then watch out as you've been scammed.

I ordered a coat in January 2024. Unfortunately I am now still waiting it is now 16th March 2024 and although I have a tracking number nothing seems to have appeared or able to access the company. I am very annoyed as I really needed this coat.

Total scam. I never got my package. Called company out on being a scam and they acted all insulted. Said they'd send another package. Still nothing. I called my CC card company and filed a dispute. They are returning my money cause it was under $50. I highly suggest anyone that had this issue /o use your card company to get your money back.

I ordered a winter coat from the USA over 6mths ago .
The first 1 told the company it had been delivered at 10pm at night , this was never delivered.
The company done a investigation came to nothing so replacement was sent and for the second time it's states it was delivered about 6pm yesterday and once again not received.
The company are doing another investigation but there is a good possibility I may not get a full refund.
I can't find a email address for this tracking service
Any help would be most appreciated

Ordered Fashion Nova product, waited 2 months nothing then confirmation delivered but I'm gone all day. For complaint days they will send again hmmmm now can't get on tracking site that claims the delivered 818track.com. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

This is all scam. Bought a 49ers jean and still haven’t receive them and its been a month . Scam scam scam. Dont deserve a star at all.

Pazienza io ci ho rimesso 50 euro

I have yet to receive a package that I ordered in Dec. It is now March.....

Same as everyone else total scam 818 does not deliver then ever 618 lol . Didn't deliver waiting for response see if get one . Total joke site should be took down .
