Em 18 de janeiro 2024, fiz compras de roupinhas, para minha neta na FÁBULA, paguei via pix, porém até hoje não recebi, nada..! Cód de rastreamento não abre mais...(a prncípio, qdo conseguia ver rastreamento, compra vinha da China!
818track demorou muito para responder.".
Tem que haver alguma forma de parar estes fraudes...

Yo también hice una compra por 500 pesos, desde diciembre y es la fecha que no llega y a lo que estoy leyendo, no llegará es un página fraudolenta.

Scammed, I placed a decent sized order, receiveda tracking number .I've emailed the company and nothing but promises and nonsense.

Omg. I ordered from fashion nova. Tracking number last week showed it was in Philly. Now when I try the tracking number the 818 site can't be found. Wth!

A total scam.. I ordered from early January from YouTube and got a tracking number. I kept tracking the package and it says delivered on February 4. Until now I can’t get my package. I believe it’s a scam, I need my money back

I ordered at nugacle.com. This company is a scam. I ordered over a month ago. I followed-up and I was told that my order is in transit. They gave me this site 818track and a tracking number. It worked twice but now I am unable to open this tracking site. I believe they're both scammer. I will also try to get my money back.

Ordered for an Instagram Judy Blue ad. I didn't realize it was coming from China when I ordered. Anytime the company uses track. com it is a scam! The first time they sent me the tracking link it was for 718track. I watched it for 30 days then it said it was delivered. I contacted the company and they apologized and said they would send it out again expedited and I would sign for it. It has been another 20 days. The website this time was 818track but I was unable to pull the website up after the first couple days. So they sent me another link 618track saying it was delivered 4 days ago. Nope! What happened to getting a signature on delivery? Now they are offering a 70% refund because they are having a hard time getting reimbursed for the items from the courier. Its not my fault you hire these couriers! I want 100% and if I don't get it I wall also be contacting my credit card company.

Bad experience, no good tracking, and don't get parcels. Don't follow through with what they say.

Ordered and didn't receive. Told would send again and didn't receive it either. Also tracking won't so up now.

Llevo esperando mi pedido mas de un mes y el link de seguimiento no funciona, el primer pedido se perdió y no me ha llegado, hice reclamación y sigo esperando. Son una ESTAFA!!!

Son unos estafadores, crean páginas falsas de marcas reconocidas con supuestas liquidaciones y precios bajos. Ofreciendo un servicio de envío de 3 días; la realidad es que solo roban el dinero y no envían nada de lo que compras. Te mandan un correo con el supuesto número de guía pero solo funciona por unos días, después no te deja rastrear nada. Es una vil estafa ojalá cierren sus páginas para que no sigan estafando a más gente.

I have also been waiting over a month and will be contacting my bank for a refund for the items I have purchased! The tracking number comes through this site and now it has disappeared and today the page won’t load! And I will be contacting my police and my lawyer. I’m fed up with all you scammers

Does not give updated information, tracking is almost non existing. This is not reliable.

I order over Instagram " Carters " baby clothes, a lot of clothes, that was on 1/30/2024and they gave me tracking number. The information shown first 2 weeks some activity and after that nothing. I sent emails to the company and they answered 2 times and now I can't find their emails plus they changed name also on bank account. I have enough evidence that is huge scam and I will ask for my money back plus I will report the company.

Después de mas de un mes me marca pedido entregado lo cual jamás recibí, una recomendación, antes de hacer cualquier pedido, por mínimo que sea debemos checar la paquetería, reseñas que traiga la pagina porqué después no hay quien se haga responsable de hacer pedido, solo quien aun después de tener dudas de pagina aun así lo hacemos, no nos dejemos engañar por dudosas paginas con super ofertas.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I thought I was ordering from Macy's backstage but I guess some scammers made a fake version of it called Clearance backstage store. I ordered a winter coat it ended up being $22. Should have known that was too good to be true. They send me a tracking number thru 818track.com which never showed me any tracking information. I reached out to the company they sent me fake tracking info several times. When I told them I never received my item. They sent me a picture of more fake tracking information saying it was delivered. I told them I never received it. They replied by telling me maybe the postal service delivered it to the wrong house ask my neighbors did they receive it. I knew they didn't. I replied back to them my neighbors didn't get my package. They said they'll resend it at no extra cost express mail. I gave them my mom's address to see if it would be sent there since she's more at home than I am. They sent me more fake tracking info showing it was resent of Feb. 4th. Never received it and the communication stopped with the company. I'm going to copy this to BBB to warn others to not order from this website.
