I have been ordering from them for 3 years. No problems at all. If an item is a pre-order and not immediate shipping you know in advance. You make the choice the wait. They tell you if an item is in stock. Customer service responds timely.

I made an order 8th of April 2021 to make some gifts for my friends wedding and now its the 13th of September 2021 and still waiting.

I have contacted the help centre and they keep telling me that they have sent my product and I am still waiting.

I paid 42 Euros so its not fair that they are not wanting to either send me my products or give me my money back.

Horrible site PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM HERE save your save money and headaches

They flat out lie about when they will ship the product.

I really enjoy shopping with this company and it's become the main company I go to for to buy crafts now. At first I was skeptical about the low prices, but the quality was great for the low prices! After a few purchases, I was hooked and became a loyal buyer.

There is also a lot to choose from here and sliding discounts, so when you buy more you save more.

Fast deliver of quality products. Will definitely order again!

I have been dealing with this company for many years now and on the rare occasion that there has been problems they have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very good company to deal with.

I order from here all the time when I want cheap jewelry, that is good quality! The prices are super low! And the shipping is pretty cheap too! Every choker I have is from this site, diamond encrusted, plain, colored or any other style! I also buy stud earrings from here too! The quality is amazing, and customer service is fabulous! I recommend!

My question to you is, dear reader, should you really take these other reviews seriously? "If it sounds too good to be TRUE then it probably IS."

I do strongly recommend 8seasons for those who love to fight over their rights, are willing to wait forever for nothing (in my case 52 days after the order was made and "only" 42 days from the dispatch), and who need a higher blood pressure and some more grey hair ;)

My advice is... if you need to speed up things, write a review and tell what has happened. Should make their customer service react quicker than a lightning bolt ;)

It was my lucky day when my search for jewelry findings delivered me to 8Seasons!
I found everything I was looking for at extremely good prices, produced in high quality, packaged perfectly and the shipment arrived in three days from mainland China to the Interior of British Columbia! Can't beat that.

What I particularly appreciate about 8Seasons is the excellent photos that accompany each item, especially the shots of each product photographed against a metric/Imperial ruler so you can visualize the exact size. I am also grateful for the clear, fully detailed descriptions of every product (and there are thousands available). The site is well managed, efficient and easy to navigate. Buyers are able to refine their searches so you can zero in on exactly what you want without scrolling through a zillion pages of stuff you're not interested in.

While I'm sure there are many good sales representatives at 8Seasons, I want to give a special shout-out to Cathy Chen who has provided my little startup business with thoughtful attention. She keeps me informed of everything via email and is knowledgeable, professional and super nice.

I am sourcing out a number of other items in North America and China -- products 8Seasons doesn't manufacture and am having a heck of a time. If 8Seasons sold everything I need, my life would be a breeze! Serious.
