I have reached out via email and via whatsapp. It is clear that my messages are read on whatsapp, but no response. No response from email either. My delivery is in a stall since July 11th and no update and USPS has not received any tracking number. At least give me an answer. Customer service needs an overhaul.

I was a little skeptical at first, but the jersey actually arrived and the stitching is honestly pretty solid for the price. The shipping took almost three weeks, but if you don't mind the wait, it’s a decent budget option.

I have now been waiting almost a month and a half for two jerseys. Negro league baseball jerseys are available through places like Walmart and Amazon and I have purchased the jerseys through them. Both Amazon and Walmart delivered the jerseys in six days. 99jersey says that these jerseys are custom made so deliveries take a while. Really? Everyone else says delivery in ten business days or less. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm ever going to get the jerseys that I paid for. 99jersey has one bad review after another. PLEASE, save your time and money, DONT do business with 99jersey.TODAY,trustpilot sent me a reply from 99jersey that makes no sense. I wasn't looking for a gift for my son, he passed away years ago. Second, my complaint has nothing to do with with an extra gift item. My original review was clear. 99jersey TOOK my money a month and a half ago and I still don't have the two jerseys.READ MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. I have filed a formal written complaint with the BBB and i have agreed to speak with the media along with state and federal agencies. Trustpilot is pretty much useless.

I ordered a Pulisic jersey June 26th, reached out to customer service, they helped out. Found it was behind in shipping but was scheduled to leave in the next couple of days. Thank you customer service for getting everything figured out.
