I used 99p Company Formations to set up my private health and care practice in 2019. It was simple and easy to use, they kept me updated all the way. They are connected to an accountancy firm, and whilst I was under no obligation to take on their services, I did, but you are free to reject this service too. Highly recommended for a low cost means of setting up a limited company.

This company exceeds expectations. For 99p, limited company was set up promptly within 24 hours. Referrals were also made for opening free business accounts, free spreadsheets on business expenses including VAT spreadsheet and accountancy services. Overall very good service compared to Tide Bank which accepted application, wasted two days time and then did not register limited company nor open a business bank account. Will use 99pcompanyformations again in future and recommend others.

Fantastic team, had me registered very quickly, quick responses by email and for 99p to not only form the company and use their registered address I'm blown away.

Whilst I'm not ready to trade currently, when I do I will definitely consider their accountancy as I'm sure they provide their formation service at a loss (assumption) in the hope that we will give them a chance with the other services they provide.

No truer words to explain how wonderful I am feeling since I found 99p Company Formations Ltd, than to say par excellence.
I must make mention of David who after speaking to him for under the first five minutes, I told him I am sold, then today after a few days of 99p CF handling every aspect of my Company's registration and setup, I got a call from Ben who was extremely professional and knowledgeable in the business. I must say that this is a company that has the small businesses at the center of their hearts'. Absolutely awful company. Very pushy to sign you up to accountant packages and frequently changes your details at companies house without permission - AVOID!

In reply to the response from 99p formations what an absolute lie the only phone calls and emails I received from you were to try and sell me your second rate additional services. I received zero communication about so called fabricated complaints in fact the first I knew about your illegal activities have been through Companies House of which you acted as a representative of my company without my authority or permission!!! I can only imagine this was due to the fact I wasn’t prepared to pay for additional services!

As for the libellous comments I suggest you remove these immediately or I will take further action.

Looking through the list of company formation companies recommended by the Govt website they all had very similar offers and then i came across 99p company formations. Obviously a scam but for 99p how could i not give it a try. What i found was the opposite of a scam, it is simply a great and efficient business who understands give to get marketing so will give you a better service than the 120 pound formation companies for 99p for the opportunity to present their brilliant accountancy services to you. extra services are no obligation but a quick chat with Ben had me convinced and we have been in save hands ever since. brilliant business which operates the way it should be.

Excellent service very professional and extremely informative and all this for such a fantastic price. My company was set up within days and I also received support to set up my business account this was also completed within days. I was also provided with a consultation a few days after formulating my company honestly I can’t thank them enough. You won’t regret it absolutely fantastic service for an amazing price.

Great price and service up to a point. However I did make it clear that I don’t need further services and I still got a few cross wired emails from two companies, but the same person insisting I must receive a call from their sales department. Came across a bit forced considering I had a lot to deal with in terms of opening the company.

I was prepared to use their accounts, but due to how I was dealt with while the company was inactive, it made me more determined to just use the service only register the company.

Nevertheless, I did get my company registered and found it simple.

The best thing to happen to the business services market in a very long time. It's not just about the price, although there's simply no beating it.
