Absolutely love the assets and customer support
Absolutely love the assets and customer support. I subscribed to their Unlimited plan and download assets using their one-click import option, but I was not sure how to use it in Blender. I contacted their team and they demonstrated me personally how to use it. The assets are very good also as they all are pbr textured so I save time on manually correcting after import.

I mistakenly started a subscription to download one single asset, but I jumped the gun. I was in the middle of a hectic project and had an idea for something, I thought I found what I was looking for but I was wrong. I emailed them explaining the situation and got a reply from someone named Lily. Not only did she immediately understand, but even offered to find work arounds to MAKE their assets work for my project. I very much appreciated the knowledge and passion behind the product.
Ultimately, I didnt end up needing anything and got a refund of the annual subscription without question. Great customer service.

Predatory company that refuses refunds for unused services
I did an annual subscription and stopped using it after a very short time. Of course I completely forgot and then received an email on July 5th USA time saying they were going to charge me on 6 July.
I have time stamped to email showing this.
I immediately contacted them through email and canceled the subscription on 5 July (again USA time).
I received an email from “Lily” very early in the morning on 6 July, which indicates this is an overseas company, probably in Asia.
They charged my card anyway. Saying they charged it on 6 July but my credit card company clearly shows it was the 5th.
The company simply refuses to issue a refund or see reason. Their employees accused me of being unprofessional for simply being truthful and unemotional. They use predatory practices to lock people into subscriptions banking on the customer forgetting. Then refuse refunds based on their policy.
When I asked for it to be escalated, they claim that there’s no new information and they won’t help.
Whatever foreign company this is, they simply enjoy taking advantage of Americans. I’ve reported them to my credit card company, which is investigating.
Run away from this terrible company. I’m almost certain that the other reviews on this site are completely fake.

Its my go to resource for 3d models now
i recently subscribed to their unlimited subscription and I am using all of their assets for my unreal engine projects. they have a plugin which makes life very easy to import assets in unreal engine, something that I personally find really difficult with other libraries. unlimited gives me freedom to download and use assets without thinking too much

Oh man, A23D changed the whole game for me. The 3d models? Crazy detailed. And, dude, the variety? Spot-on for any project. But the real kicker? Those IES profiles. Lighting heaven, seriously. Since usin' A23D, my work's on a whole new level. Gotta try it. You'll thank me later, trust me.

We use it for training our students
We're a 3D software training institute that teaches students about PBR textures and materials. We recently started using assets from A23D.co, and we're very happy with them. Exceptional PBR Materials and Customer Service
I established my own 3D archviz house last year, and from the moment we embarked on our journey, we have exclusively relied on the remarkable pbr materials provided by a23d. Without a doubt, their extensive collection of textures has met all our needs thus far, leaving no reason for us to seek alternatives elsewhere. The icing on the cake is their exceptional customer service, which has consistently proved to be swift, responsive, and incredibly helpful with any inquiries or concerns we may have had. While we are highly satisfied with their current offerings, it is my fervent hope that a23d will soon expand their product range to include ies profiles as well. Bad user experience and efforts to cover it up
The site looked well-designed and appealing, so I bought a Hobbyist subscription for $12 on June 24, 2023. However, after the purchase, I soon discovered that some of the site's functions did not work correctly. The most important feature, the downloading process did not work; the site "prepared the downloading..." but never actually finished it. I tried around 30 times and only managed one successful download. After this, I canceled my sub and wrote a short and aggressive letter to the site operators. They reassured me they knew about the problems ("we were experiencing some technical difficulties") and had already solved them, besides that they initiated a full refund. At this point, the story should end. However, A23D first flagged my 1-star review as illegal and harmful to try to hide it, then wrote a second letter stating that the mentioned technical problems never existed in the first place. The flagging was nonsense, so Trustpilot restored my review, and A23D changed its tactics by replying here. The reply directly contradicted the content of the first letter they sent to me. I don't know if the downloading problem got fixed because I no longer have a subscription. As of today, July 02, 2023, the search function still does not function correctly on non-chromium-based browsers such as Firefox. I am sharing our conversations, my original review, and the reply I got from A23D.

yesterday I bought a Hobbyist subscription for $12 on your beautifully designed site. However, after the purchase I soon found out that below the design the inner workings of the site are beyond broken. The search function simply does not work. That's right, if I click on the magnifying glass, absolutely nothing happens. The download function does not function properly as well, endless "preparing..." but no actual loading. I tried at least 10 different materials with 30+ times, but only managed 1 successful download. The site may look cool, but the UX is absolute dog shit. I will never recommend this broken piece of garbage to anyone ever. So, all things said, all of you guys really should consider killing yourselves. I wasted a little money and a lot of my time on your fucking beyond broken site.

Having a really good experience using decals and textures. I use decals a lot for mixed reality projects at my company. I started using monthly subscription plan and now I am using yearly. Soon I might shift to muti user teams plan as well.

Fabulous 3D asset library
Fabulous 3D asset library. I very recently subscribed to their website and since then my 3D rendering workflow is so much speeded up. I can download almost any pbr texture I want from this website and their plugins help me use them in my Maya so quickly.

Great asset library for game designing
I recently bought a subscription plan on a23d for downloading assets for my upcoming game. I would totally recommend using this library getting any type of pbr textures. For each asset, I get multiple options to choose from different resolutions, this helps me optimising my overall game size and keep my fps high. I saw they are also launching 3d models, I am pretty excited to test and use them in my game.

Probably the best source for 3d assets online
I have an amazing experience with this website. They have a huge asset library, probably one asset for every requirement. Plus, their support team is also very helpful, I contacted them for learning how to use some assets in my customized version of 3Ds max and their support team guided me thoroughly.
