I would not even give this company 1star, , Used the a4 parking meet and greet service at BristolAirport as we have a 7month old baby and returning at 2.30 am
On our return the driver jumped out of the car walked away without speaking, and not putting the hand brake on.
With a baby and after a flight we got in the car and came home.
The folliwing day I noticed the rear bumper had been damaged.
I rang the company who's attitude was terrible, rude and unhelpful.
Response basically was tough , not our problem.
I am now left to claim of my insurance.
At no time were we asked to check the car and they did not check either.
It was the manner in which I was spoken too and the couldn't care less attitude whichi found very offensive.
I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Terrible, took my money/booking and then didn’t answer on day of departure, called 12 times and no answer, forced to park in the multi-storey airport parking for £203 on top of what we already paid to A4 parking so we would not to be late for flight, was very stressful. Tried to contact them since but no response on email or phone. They’ve scammed us!! Do not go with this company!!

Please please anyone thinking of using this company AVOID at all cost!!! Especially if you are dealing with some man called Alfie who is useless. We arrived back in Bristol airport last night 18th June and I called just after 2am to say we were just coming out of baggage collection as instructed. I was spoken to by this Alfie who sounded drunk to be honest and had no idea about my booking. He then proceeded to say he would call back. When he did he said he had no driver's to bring my vehicle. I told him I had paid for this service so he needed to sort it. He kept saying o dear, I don't know what to do, he was utterly useless!!! By this time nearly 2 hours had passed and it was 4am and still no sign of my vehicle. He then started asking me to walk alone towards the airport tavern and then locate a random bungalow down a country lane where he would tell me how to get my van. As you can imagine, I wasn't prepared to do this as a 40 year old woman in the middle of the night! He then claimed he was sending a mini bus to collect us from the old meet and great to take us to the vehicle. I met a driver of a minibus linked to the Airport Tavern and had Alfie on the phone, the minibus driver and another worker literally rolled their eyes and said he's a crook and useless. The company is shocking and everyone should steer clear of them. He knew the bungalow and given this was nothing to do with the minibus driver he ensured I was safe. When we arrived at the bungalow my van was parked outside. I was then instructed by Alfie to enter this property, all of which I would add was unlocked and unoccupied. In a conservatory at the back was my car key just left on a desk. Any one could have entered the property and driven away with my vehicle. It was NOT in a secure place and certainly not looked after. Please avoid this company, pay extra for a service that will keep your vehicle safe whilst away. I am still awaiting any sort of response from these people for a full refund. They have also been reported to the police.

Cancelled our booking with no explanation, called to let them know we were 20 minutes away. Had to call 3 times before we got an answer. Owner said reservation was cancelled, when pushed for an explanation, he has no drivers. Not great to hear at 3:30am
Luckily we managed to get parking with airport tavern. Avoid A4 Parking!

My Dad had an accident in Egypt and because of that we needed to extend his parking by day as his flight was moved 24 hours and he’d now be returning during the middle of the night.

Alfie and his team made all the possible arrangements to assist my elderly Dad, and didn’t ask for an extra penny.

Great customer service in our time of need

I left my car with A4 Parking for 10 days and when I picked it up, I noticed a long scratch that had not been there before. I immediately raised the issue with them on the 14th of July. Waited for nearly 2 weeks, but no one followed up. I then have sent an email directly to them on the 23rd of July asking why no one is getting in touch with me, but since then I’ve been given nothing but excuses. First excuse, their boss was on holiday, then that their boss was sick, then that their boss will contact me directly (I still have the emails and will be posting those directly on Google Reviews).

Now with nearly a month passed by and still no resolution, no accountability, and no genuine effort to address the damage. Instead of taking responsibility, they’ve brushed me off and wasted my time. They even stopped replying to my emails.

A business that handles customers’ vehicles should treat them with care and deal with complaints seriously. Unfortunately, my experience with A4 Parking shows the opposite. I would not recommend trusting them with your car.

I THINK THIS IS A SCAM

Shame I cannot put zero stars.

I booked my car in for two weeks on the 11th June but received no confirmation.

After a week I phone there office to check that I was booked in. I got an answer phone that said someone would call me back between 5 and 7pm. No one did.

I left another message and still no call back.

I eMailed and got no response.

I called again and no response.

They have taken my money (on the day I first booked) but I am going to have to book my car in elsewhere as I am not prepared to travel to the airport to be told I have no booking.

Beginning to think this company is scam!

We booked and paid for parking via their website, we've had no confirmation of the booking.

We've phoned the landline, left messages, emailed and called the mobile number for the driver who promised to get someone to call back. No one has called.

I think we will have to write off £115 because we don't want to arrive at the airport and find out we don't have a booking!

Shocking service

Well this was the most straightforward airport parking experience we have ever had! We usually use the official short stay or valet but this time we decided to save some money and go for an alternative. After carefully reading the reviews we have chosen A4 parking and won't be looking back! Both ways we were greeted by a driver who was already there (following our call as per instructions).
We travel with a lot of extra equipment for my disabled daughter and were told to take our time unpacking the car.
Brilliant and much cheaper than the alternatives!!

We have used A4 several times. The service has always been good, they have been flexible if running late. The delivery of the car upon our return was quick and prompt. We will be using them again.

We used A4 Meet and Greet for 8 days parking at Bristol Airport for £95, which excellent value compared with the rip off official silver zone parking which involves a bus ride and has a very bad reputation. You simply phone them 25mins before arrival at the Drop and Go point at the airport and their representative is there to meet you. The price includes the £6 Drop and Go charge when you arrive but not when you leave. There was no damage to our SUV and their representative was there punctually on drop off and collection. We will certainly use them again without hesitation.
