I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO!

Bought a Broadcom MegaRAID 9560-16i card from them online, which showed it as available and IN STOCK (it still shows as such). Paid extra for a next day delivery service. Order not received and upon contacting them, I was told they were not in stock. Instead of cancelling my order, they asked me to wait and provided a tracking number for a package arriving from Germany. After almost 2 weeks, I received a HP card instead of a Broadcom. They (James) told me that a Broadcom card was more expensive! The HP card was bought from eBay and came with the relevant paperwork to confirm this!
Back and forth, almost 3 weeks since my Next Day delivery Order, I managed to get a return label and took the package with the wrong part in to my local post office to return. I provided the "seller" with the return confirmation and asked for my refund. I have been told now that I had to wait until the card is received by them (the eBay seller in Germany) before I can get my refund. On top, they had the face to state that it was a normal process.

Paid for 2 drives plus 48hr shipping, A week later I was contacted and told not to place a PayPal charge back stating the drives were in testing. The next day I was called by them only.to find out the company is from USA and it run by the same type that run scam call centres

Had to give one star as zero starts is not an option. Ordered a KVM switch from them in Nov 24, despite numerous phone calls, web chat and emails to them, they either fail to reply or just constantly fob you off with "sorry it will be dispatched today" and it never arrives and they NEVER reply to emails as promised. Now cancelled the order and got a refund from PayPal. Aa2zsupply are a very poor supply company, go to Ebuyer or even Amazon!

I found three separate HP ML330 G6 servers listed on their website, each with a slightly different spec, different CPU's, different RAID cards, two types of PSU (480W and 750W) some were listed as an "£700 price reduction" (down to £30) which is about right as you will find these servers on Facebook Marketplace for circa £50. So I ordered one, paid extra for Parcelforce 48 and guess what.. it never arrived. Logged back into my account to check on order status, and no orders were even listed! Turns out they'd cancelled my order (and refunded me) and that was that. Upon writing emails to them, I did get a reply from 'James' who told me, these were all ONLY server bezels and not actual servers.. (despite the detailed specifications) - I'll let you make your own mind up on that. Interestingly, if I wanted to buy one of the real servers, they were around £200.. convenient that eh :-(

Well it goes to show that Trustpiot scores don't always reflect the service that you might get, give people a second chance i say, they came up trumps for me, great to deal with and always happy to talk, seem very busy however help me out loads i just had to be patient.

It took from the 9th Sept until the 5th Oct to fulfill my order. Their communication skills are zero, and why should it take 10+ days in the post, with tracking information only supplied the day before delivery?
First item to arrive wasn’t what I ordered, it was only a BD Rom and not a writer….10 days later its replacement, is BD writer, but not the model I ordered ( after all if you go into a Honda dealer and buy a Honda car, you don't expect them to deliver a Suzuki!)
Customer focus doesn’t seem to be high on their list, best to shop eleswhere.

I ordered a bluray rewriter on 12/12/2023. The item has not been sent and I have had NO reply to any of the emails I have sent to them, scammers.

Awful support, awful 'refurbished' products, company DOES NOT STAND BY their products: they will charge a "restocking fee" FOR AN RMA!

I had a great experience with Aa2zsupply. The person that I spoke to was very knowledgeable in computers and memory. Their prices were very reasonable, but my main decision maker was that the representative I was speaking to was very precise and knew what he was talking about. The product was delivered in less than a week with free shipping and worked with my computer perfectly, as person said it would.

The claimed to have shipped my item last week but shipped it today from outside the EU - they didn't mention this when I ordered and clearly I don't want to pay the customs charges. They don't respond to enquiries. The company director is Shaima FAISAL who is an American who lists their occupation as an accountant.

Bought an item, didn't delivery from UK warehouse and ship from China. Item price £145. DHL i.port tax and handling fee £53. (More than 20% UK vat). No customer service no respond on email.
Don't buy from this seller , the they ship from China and left you hefty tax bill to pay.
Faulty item also didn't provide any help about the return. PayPal refund the item in full and now I loss £53 import tax paid to DHL also seller didn't want to reimburse the DHL import tax.
He can have the faulty raid card back if he reimburse the import tax and he refused.
PayPal only will refund the item price, when the item is faulty the import tax you paid is out of pocket.
Beware and don't but from dishonest business which send item from China didn't mention about the tax liability. Far more than 20% vat
