Great communication from day one. Process was clearly outlined on the phone. The drivers communicated well on the day. Money was in the account whilst they were on the driveway and I couldn’t fault the service at all.

Ben at AAB Cars was quick to pickup on my advert to sell my car and agreed a satisfactory price. Brad and Dave were polite and professional when they collected my car.
Overall it was a painless and easy car selling experience.

A very straightforward process indeed. Scams are a curse of modern day life and so we are all on our guard but Ben at AAB cars explained everything beforehand. The following day, AAB did exactly what they said. Arrived on time, inspected the car. The money was proven to have been transferred to my account before 1) completing an online change of ownership registration with DVLA (this ensures you have no ongoing liability for the car as soon as it leaves you) and 2) you say goodbye to your car. Dave & Brad collected the car, explained the paperwork and everything they were doing. No pressure. No anxiety.

Excellent communication and service and Louis was a pleasure to deal with. I felt I wanted to sell my car to him as he was so helpful with the whole process. He quickly arranged everything for a smooth and seamless car sale.

After an unexpected delay in my new car delivery, Louis was kind enough to rearrange pick up of the vehicle to ensure I could get to work.
