aBaby Reviews

My son and wife ordered a new bassinette. The mattress was hard and only 1" Thick. So I ordered a 3" mattress 15"x 35" with a matching pink fitted sheet from a baby. You did an excellent job. It arrived just in time to greet our new Penelope! Thank you so much. BRAVO

The color is perfect for the nursery and has stopped the head bops on the crib rails. Great quality. Highly recommend.

They don’t answer their phone. Scam.

Haven’t heard a peep back from the company. I placed an order weeks ago and the item went on sale the next day. Asked if I could get the sale price, no response. Don’t even know when and if my order is shipping.

User friendly web site, easy ordering, delivery made in a timely manner. Very happy with the entire process and the cradle mattress.

Moses Basket was beautiful & well made. Shipped & arrived quickly. Would recommend!

I have been buying puzzle stools as baby gifts ever since we got one as a gift when our oldest was born 10 years ago (and we still use his stool). We have loved his stool! Such a great gift that grows with the child for many years.

Very prompt in making the mattress and it is good quality. I would buy from this company again.

Customer service was outstanding! High quality product as well.

Product arrived earlier than expected. Would have given a 5 except the CSR I spoke to when I was trying to decide on size of mattress suggested that I could go larger but I decided to go 1/2 " less and it fit good. She said the mattress is soft so it would fit. But I couldn't turn if it didn't fit because custom made. Glad I didn't listen to her advise.

I've ordered two mattresses for playpens, love them.

The custom mattress and sheet cover arrived on time good quality items

This is the third time I've ordered from aBaby. The quality of the products are consistent.

Mattress came on time and right size as requested.

Waited 3 weeks for my granddaughters 1st birthday gift. When I called to Check status I was told that it was on back order for at least two months. I was told that someone was supposed to reach out at the time of my order but that didn’t happen.

Excellent quality!! Puzzle Stool arrived early!

I placed my order online once I completed my order I realize I ordered one too many of the sheets, able to call and immediately speak to customer service representative who fixed my order. My order arrived on time and exactly what I wanted.

I'm disappointed that I have ordered three (3) Puzzle name step stools and have not received them yet.
One was ordered in December, 2022 and I still have not received it.
I ordered two more in the beginning of February and I still have not received. I do hope I receive them soon.
I do love the quality of the step stools and that is why I continue to order them from you. But, the waiting time is not very good.

The custom made mattress fit the cradle perfectly. It is a great mattress for a great price.
