Have worked with ABA for several years now, they look after our business insurance, fleet policy and property portfolio. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Recently had to make a claim on one of our properties, I can honestly say ABA held our hands throughout the whole process and made what should have been quite a stressful experience a whole lot easier!

I have worked with ABA for several years now and always find them super efficient and very nice to deal with. Helpful and understanding. Always call you back if needed and offer a generally great service.

We switched Insurance Companies to ABA Insurance this year as our existing insurer had multiple new limitations on the policy which would restrict our ability to carry out works within the Commercial Heating and Plumbing sector. ABA were very quick to respond with an all encompassing policy.

You only know how good your broker is when there is a claim. Never had to claim in 30 years of having insurance but ABA really made sure the claim went through and handled it as I would hope they would. Thank you again guys

Haven spoke to Josh at ABA , I was reassured as the cover I needed , my building was empty at the time but Josh still got me a policy to cover me, whilst I battled the local council for planning . Can’t think ABA insurance enough.

Insurance can sometimes be such a daunting task, especially when you have such specific needs for a business like ours. We were referred to ABA via a trusted partner for a large scope project that we were working on which involved some complexity around the scaffolding and structural changes. I can not say nothing but great things. The knowledge they have helps you understand the coverage needed without feeling like you are being sold packages that most insurance brokers use. Most certainly recommend. It’s not often I write a 5 star review but ABA commercial are consistently a pleasure to deal with, no matter who in the team you speak to. Everyone is effective and just lovely. The difference had that they are human and care, which is rare for insurance. Always friendly but at the same time knowledgable, efficient and informative, and always happy to help and spend time with you discussing options. You don’t get the feeling of the hard sell. You receive the policy documents in minutes and they generally let you make changes and cancellations without admin fees. If you need business insurance, give them a call. They are miles better than competitors
