We recently went for happy hour and had a great time. Half price cocktails,drinks and excellent food! If you go you need to try the bake cauliflower, the rice bowl, the Burrata with bread, the kale chips and the fried chicken. For dessert the coconut cake and coconut ice cream are to die for! Definitively will go back

This is one of my favorite. The menu is very full and varied, and it is organized well for a group. The atmosphere is a little less fun and memorable but it is very classy and works well for fun or for business.

I was extremely nervous about ordering from Ablekitchen given the poor reviews but I can say confidently that they are NOT a scam and they were great to deal with. I am not a person that leaves reviews but I feel like this company deserves a chance. The prices are awesome. My interaction with a customer rep named Ethan was very positive. His response was quick and he was very courteous. Shipping wasn't fast (it took 10 days for delivery) but that isn't too bad. Everything was packed well.

We found this company online and were excited to see that the product we wanted was priced less than the company we usually order from. We promptly called, ordered and were told we would have out item in 5 business days. Our credit card was charged that day and we received an email confirmation. 3 weeks ago. That was the last we heard from the company. Despite our many, many attempts of getting in touch with them- which included being hung up on- we have yet to see anything. This website seems to be a front for a fake business. Wish I had read reviews before I placed an order. STAY AWAY!

If you're in the food service biz Able Kitchen is a great place to shop. I was impressed with their pricing but even more impressed with the delivery.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Promised shipping within 48 hours. Not only did I not get a shipping confirmation, I never got the shipment. After two weeks of trying to contact this company by email and phone, I disputed the charge with credit card company. Two weeks later (which was 4 weeks after I placed the order) the shipment arrived, but I no longer needed the product so I refused shipment. I got a message from Robin at Able Kitchen asking why I sent the product back and told her the story of how Able Kitchen never contacted me. Now the charge is back on my card, so I had to re-open the investigation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. You will regret it.

Ordered a butcher block table from them because of the low price... If something is too good to be true- it usually is.
After time passed with order still "being processed" I called to cancel my order.
I left a phone messages, and emails- with no response.
THANKFULLY I paid with my discover card- so called them to dispute the 600.00 charge- and they reversed the charge and are investigating.
BUYER BEWARE!!!

They put the whole Pasta machines pictures and said for sale, I thought it was a great deal and purchased with my CC, later I went through the site again and found that it was say very small word parts.
So I called right way and cancel my order and the guy promised me to refund my money $315.00 but waited for while never rechieved my money back.
I try to call them there is nobody answering and I left message but never called back to me.
I am screwed by them please I don't recomend any purchase from these guys.

The wrong product was delivered and I returned it promptly. I confirmed the product was received by the third party vendor. Was promised by Able Kitchen that the refund was forthcoming. I have called no less than 40 times over the last 4 months requesting the refund. They say it is on its way each time or that "Joe" will call me back with more info. I have never received a return phone call and they have now begun hanging up on me each time I call. I filed with the BBB and they did not respond to the complaint. I am now filing in small claims and will request additional penalties/damages and notify their third party vendors about they terrible customer service and illegal business practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

It took about 8 days for my donut screens to arrive and my experience was a Little difference then some of the other commentators. I found their customer service was able to track down my package and give me an accurate delivery date. I expected it a little sooner, but overall they did have the best value from all the vendors I compared them to.

I ordered several months ago. The order was "back ordered". Waited several weeks...still on back order. Cancelled my order but CAN NOT, CAN NOT..get a refund
They charged my card immediately before telling me it was back ordered and I still cannot get credit. Crooked company. WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

The prices on their website are pretty good but shipping is slow and and customer service is a not a priority for them. Shipping takes forever. Literally. I've purchased lots of restaurant supplies online. You generally receive it within a week from placing the order. It takes at least 3 and sometimes up to 5 weeks to receive your stuff from Able. And there is absolutely no communication, so you don't know if or when the items are going to be delivered. Bottom line: If you don't need something right away and don't mind checking on whether your order has shipped or will ship, it could be worth the cost savings.

shipping on some items took a few days longer.
now i do all my online shopping for my restaurant with them

At first i thought this site was awesome. they seemed to have everything. My order was totally messed up. They sent stuff that didnt match the photos. Cancelled some of my order. gouged me with a 25% restocking fee. Havnt sent $100 worth of stuff on a $200 order. Customer service is awful and hard to reach. everything about their policies is about protecting them and scamming u. no tracking #'s. Shipments arrive with garbage in the box. No communication. i paid upfront for this type of treatment. This experience opened my eyes to internet product scam sites. this site comes off as a commercial supplier. No business would ever tolerate this activity. AbleKitchen.com is scamming small time foodies and getting away with it. Watch out. I am Reporting to the BBB.
