Don't buy off this company! The owner abuses his staff who make his clothes and refuse to pay them.
I qualified over a year ago now, for a refund for an outdoor course which I had paid for . After months of dealings via emails and calls, was told that i could get equivalent in goods from shop. Agreed...Never obtained response from customer service since! Seems I will have to say goodbye to my money!
Shocking awful company to deal with!
Prices can be good until you have to deal with customer services. They still have my jacket despite ceasing trading. I sued them and have a CCJ against them. I doubt I'll ever see any money from them. They should be ashamed of themselves!
Ordered trousers, received, however they are damaged.
Got an email saying they are now bust and to take it up with the Fjallraven as they are now in liquidation.

I've ordered and nothing turned up after a week. Now their site has gone (stating they will be back in a few days)....no one is answering emails. and the phone just goes to answerphone (and surprise surpirse no one calls you back )
Absolutely unacceptable service! I have been waiting for any update to my purchase for over a week. The shop doesn’t respond to any of my emails, FB messages and calls. Very disrespectful.

I've placed three orders with Above & Beyond now. Two went as expected but the third order was eventually cancelled by the Company after I'd waited 5 weeks and chased them with several emails. So, my experience is that they do offer good value but, as other people have commented, there's a substantial chance that they won't honour your order. My money was refunded in full once they had cancelled the order.
I purchased a hi-end expensive Nordisk Tent from Above and Beyond.
Unfortunately, the tent was delivered to me with a large hole in the packaging which therefore damaged part of the tent inside, which I believe is no fault of Above and beyond's, but happened on it's way to me with the delivery company.
I got in touch with Above and Beyond straight away to let them know that the packaging and tent arrived damaged and they could not have been more helpful.
I spoke to a lady called Tracey and advised I was going on holiday with the tent in the next 4 days so she straight away arranged for another tent to be sent out to me via a next day delivery service (this tent came in excellent condition and with extra packaging too) and arranged for the other damaged item to be collected at the same time which was great as I didn't have to do a thing!
I was so surprised with the speedy turn around with this and would like to say thank you very much for getting a new tent to me in time for my trip!
Great service and I will 100% recommend to all friends and family and you will be the first company I come to for any outdoor equipment I need in the future!

Bought a couple of items from above and beyond last year, I needed a new pair of trousers for a trip I am going on soon and I have noticed the website has completely changed since I last purchased and I have to say it looks amazing! Had a little trouble signing into my old account from the previous website so I dropped an email to the customer service team and they set up a new account for me very quickly.
Great service, I would recommend this company!
Would have been five stars but Royal Mail tracked didn't leave in safe place as requested.

They seem to have a fundamental problem with returning any payment if item is out of stock or on order. Be very careful ordering any Fjällräven products from them as many of the items on their website are actually not in stock. Therefore you will be paying for an item that is unavailable. I have waited for over 3 weeks now and still no refund and no item received, and no explanation until I contacted them. They only reply to emails when it suits them. Avoid at all costs. I have read many bad reviews from customers with similar experience. I will be contacting Fjällräven to report this as Above and Beyond should not be allowed to ‘sell’ unavailable items on their website.

I have placed 3 orders and there have been issues with 2 of them. I had to chase up one order and was told it was delayed waiting for stock. The second order was okay. The third order delayed again, this time due to "implementing a new warehouse system which is causing a delay". I requested the order was cancelled which they confirmed it had been. I am still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later. I have had to raise a dispute with Paypal as they have not replied to my emails.
I will not be ordering again from this company.

I seldom leave reviews and even less seldom leave negative reviews. I noticed that this shop had lots of positive reviews and been my first time shopping with them I checked Trustpilot first.
I ordered a jacket on 26/02/18 and today is 14/03/18, I did not receive a jacket or email or call to explain the delay. Not professional at all if you paying nearly £200 for a jacket.
Certainly cannot recommend this shop.

Started well but then got complicated. I ordered a pair of boots in January on a three week delivery. They are now more than a month late and I can't get a response to my emails or phone messages (the phone just rings for ages before an answer machine kicks in).
Ordered jacket 1/3 delivered 2/3 - bearing in mind when I rang their office on 1/3 to say I forgot to put discount code in! The answerphone said due to snow there was no staff in. So I think to receive my jacket the next day was 'above and beyond' customer service - great - thank you (shame about missing the code but that'll teach me to read properly before pressing the return button!)
