We pride ourselves on being able to provide a good, reliable, professional and personal service as well as very competitive rates. We are fully insured Updates on works completed are sent to our clients within 24 hours of completion, along with photographs before, during and after works. Prompt response time to booking requests Competitive rates We also offer a day rate for all those little jobs to be done in one day, this can be in various properties within close proximity. Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely terrible.

After Absolute coming to my apartment 4 times to fix the heating system they failed to do so leaving us with no heat for about 2 months in the autumn. The constant arguments and delays with them caused a lot of stress and turmoil for me and my girlfriend as well as some health issues due to the lack of heat.

This review was deleted already twice by Absolute, but the fact is it will be uploaded again in the future, because you can’t pretend that didn’t happen by removing reviews.

Professional, High standards, Highly Recommend!

Absolute Trading team came in and transformed my kitchen to the highest of standards. They stuck to the time they estimated it would take and I got an amazing kitchen for what they budgeted me for. I will be instructing this team to do a full refurbishment in my bathroom very soon. Thank you!!
Highly recommend and have done so already.

Recommended to me by a friend who had kitchen fitted recently. Very good and punctual. Work was completed on time and at the agreed price. would use again. Wore masks and on my request tried to make as little mess as possible but end result was very good.

Brilliant service

From booking, to fixing my issue, i was really impressed with Absolute Trading. Communication was excellent, polite staff, efficient fix. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Thank you for a job well done

I dealt with Absolute Trading before , they were very prompt this time to attend to my service request , despite of the current situation.

The engineer Darren was very professional

- Arrived on time within the given slot
- No fuss about neither parking , nor access to the flat , not that the washing machine was on or that he can’t touch the cylinder before descaling. ( all excuses given yesterday by BAXI engineer ).
- He fixed the issue ( no hot water since last Friday ).
- Promptly provide me with his findings reports

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, very friendly repair man! And managed to solve the problem with the washing machine very efficiently. Highly recommend as they were so friendly and reliable.

Absolute

Absolute? More like Absolutely useless. Over the course of 3 months, Absolute visited 5-6 times trying to fix a boiler, they utterly failed, leaving us with no heating during the winter season. On top of that on their last visit they sent someone who introduced himself as "the plumber"(in our case we needed a certified gas engineer), he showed up at my door without any tools or prior knowledge of the issues with the heating system, saying he is here "just to have a look".
On their prior visit, they left a metal piece on the floor, which I almost stepped on.

If you want to be lied to, having a mess in your home after they've left and appliances broke Absolute are your guys!

Absolute Trading is great!

Absolute Trading always tries to help as soon as possible. They have done a great job for me the last 5 years. They have been working in Canary Wharf on a few apartments in terms of painting, plumbing & electrical work: all work was done well. They are reliable and keep their promises.
