Touché Flooring Reviews

Great service and sanding. Quick and efficient. would definitely use again.

Stan was fantastic, grafted all day & has done a beautiful job, left the place as clean as could be expected considering the amount of sanding he did. Great guy, thanks for exceeding my expectation.

Excellent service, my floor looks amazing and there was no mess. I would definitely recommend Absolute Floor Sanding. Thank you so much.

The sander was on time, very polite, helpful and completed all tasks discussed competently. Was particularly worried about damage to newly installed therma skirting, it remained pristine when the job was done, which was a huge relief.

One area that may use improvement is clarity in communication with the company. I needed sanding of old hallway boards which ended in a brand new multiple step pine stair. I requested that the stairs "be finished to match the hall floor". Was informed that the colour match would not be 100% due to the age difference, understandable. However, the resulting colour difference is still pretty extreme. If I'd been advised to consider stair staining or any type of darkening varnish for the stairs, I would have done so.

Reliable, quality service. Would definitely use this company again.

Great company, bent over backwards to help me and left the place spotless

our floor looks amazing thank you

Sanding good and people professional and friendly. They do damage our skirting to the extent we had to have it replaced.

Excellent Job. Our tired old floor now looks like new again.
Really very pleased with the result.

Amazing results, very knowledgeable and and punctual

Competitive quote. Fast response to my e-mail enquiry. The two guys who carried out the work just got on with sanding my floor quickly and efficiently and I was amazed at results and how little dust the sanders created. They were really respectful to my toddler in the house, closing the baby gates and creeping out with their equipment so not to wake him. I will be using this company again when we do the floors in our other rooms.

Joshua is knowledgable about his trade, provide great information during the quote process. His first visit to talk through the process and measure up was informative and clear about different options. He provided a quote there and then with a formal quote by email later.
The job was done on time, on budget to a good standard and with minimal disruption with Joshua keeping updated as the job progressed. His team were polite and efficient.
Overall a very nice, stress free, job well done.

I think this company has gone under. After quoting and fixing a date to start work they have totally refused to respond to emails, phone calls and texts. I suspect something serious has happened, but after nearly two weeks of since it would have been good to have an apology.

Everything about our experience with Absolute Floor Sanding was positive: efficient, easy, polite and delivered at a competitive price. And we ought to mention the floors in our flat now look and feel fantastic! We hope to have the company back to do our other room and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

They come in a very short notice and did an amazing job with the floor. Kept us informed about what was planned for every day, and left the house perfect when finished. Highly recommended.

We Absolutely love our new floor! It looks new and they let us choose the finish colour. The guy who did the job worked really hard and left the house all nice and tidy. Fair price too. Will use again and reccomend. Absolutely perfect!

Amazing service and the floors look incredible, would recommend to anyone

Efficient and good service. No problems on the day, left tidy with minimal dust. Discussed our preferences with regard to finishing. Very pleased with the finished result.
