I can not fault this company, the learner support and help and guidance I received along the way was exceptional. If I had a question not matter how small it may have seemed, I got a response swiftly. I had to complete functional skills alongside my level 5 and have always struggled with maths. Deborah Wyber was amazing and she really put in a lot of time end effort to give me the support I needed, I can't believe she got me to understand maths and that I passed! I met other people along the way who where kind and supportive and helped me learn in a way I can understand. Katherine Oglesby made sure I was ready and prepared before completing my EPA and went above and beyond to give me the time and support I needed to pass. Thankyou everyone. I would recommend and definitely use this company for future courses.

I was able to ask a lot of questions that was bothering my mind and I got the right answer. It was not a scam company that asked you to bring money before you are being send information about the company

I recently completed learning with Access Skills and the whole experience was really positive. I was given lots of support every step of the way, and when there was an issue with my employer Katherine Oglesby was absolutely brilliant with her advice and support. I also have to mention Vickie Lawday, who was my assessor. Vickie was incredible, she provided feedback which was constructive and helpful and never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. My assessor Katherine Oglesby was very supportive throughout my apprenticeship, it was a wonderful experience doing my Leadership in Adult care with Access Skills.

I began my Level 5 in December 2022 and have nothing but utter praise for Access Skills! In April 2023, I needed an emergency break in learning due to a family bereavement and throughout the whole process I have been supported. I am now back into my learning, and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I have some truly incredible tutors. My experiences of professional discussions have really boosted my confidence thanks to Karen Everett, she is reassuring, puts you at ease and is a delight to talk too, who would have thought a level 5 could feel so relaxed!
Another tutor I have is Katherine Oglesby, every step of the way she supports me, guides me, and ensures I am on the right track with a plan on how to complete this course. Katherine also makes me feel relaxed and is great to have a conversation with! I can not thank you both enough, and it is a wonderful feeling to enjoy learning :-)

Had a bad experience with another company so started my level 4 with acess instead , great support throughout ,Celia is a real credit to the team she has been amazing and so supportive and I’m forever greatful , never thought I would ever complete it and wouldn’t have without her

I was helped through the whole process by a lovely man named Kaljinder. He was so helpful and incredibly quick to respond - always phoning back within minutes to any queries I had.
My application to my course was fairly straightforward, and made much easier by Kaljinder.
I’d definitely recommend using Access Skills for any courses, as all the processes are simple, clear and easy to complete, and the customer service is outstanding
