The Office of Consumer Protection (OPC) has cancelled the operating licenses for Royal Finances, including the websites royalfinances.ca and accordprêt.ca, due to the issuance of loans at exorbitant interest rates. They send you loan renewals but when you fill it out they either tell you that you aren't eligible or they just ghost you in general.

Don't trust this company I got a loan from them want to start paying them back they started trying to withdraw funds from my account on days that wasn't agreed upon or part of the payment dates when I stopped their payments and I changed the account information so they couldn't do it and inform them of this they threatened to take me to court I said you're welcome to do so I'd be glad to go to court and let a judge see what you're doing they kept threatening me I got on the phone with some guy named Mike who screamed and yelled at me tried to degrade me involve my mother in the conversation for no reason use profanity and acted completely unprofessional and when I told him I was filing a complaint he screamed at me again and hung up then tried to call me back pretending to be somebody different saying he was his boss and when I called the number back for a Steven St Clair I asked hey Mike how are you doing today he said oh good I said wait a second isn't the Steven he goes oh yeah then hangs up the phone every time I call him now he hangs up the phone and has a different phone number he doesn't even work for the company this is a lie don't believe them don't get alone and don't communicate with them

Very poor customer service. State that they will respond to you within 30 minutes then proceed to ignore all correspondence you send. If you want a company that provides good customer service look elsewhere.

Indicated I was approved but never sent the funds or responded to any of my emails.

Meh. Nice emails, no loan. Not sure who is behind this outfit, but it is sketchy. Hard pasd.

I have yet to see the funds e-transferred in my bank account and but I was only approved today for $300.00 dollars and sent in my signed contract a few minutes ago along with picture id and direct deposit form. I will give them till noon tomorrow and if the $300.00 is not e-transferred, I will cancel the loan. More to come tomorrow afternoon.

I had applied and was granted a loan , signed the documents. They did not fund me any of the money in the document. They then proceeded to withdraw money out of my bank account on the agreed upon repayment dates . Had they funded me in the first place that would be acceptable, but this was not the case , they stole money from me and refuse to answer my emails and have no working phone number . This company is not who they say there are. I received a 580 loan, with over 34% interest. Now, there saying I owe over 1800. They first withdrew 149.00 biweekly. Then the payments went to 250.00, the next few weeks my payments went over 280.00. This company are crooks. Im reaching out to BBC.

I got an emergency 300$ loan from them with a 9.9% interest rate . Personally i don’t think that is outrageous . I can make extra payments and get it paid off earlier . One of the reviews said that their sister companies MAKE you get more payday loans . I don’t understand how anyone can MAKE you do more payday loans . Anyone explain? I’m hoping I’m not getting screwed

Stay away be interest rates are ridiculous. You will constantly be arrested for payment. They do not follow the federal government regulations on Payday loans. The interest rates do not follow Canadian government regulations. They also deal with sister companies that will re-loan you even though you already have a payday loan, they will make you get all sorts of Payday loans under different company names stay away save yourself
