I added the option to clean inside and out while I was away, and had a gleaming car waiting for me on return from my holiday.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.......…
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.......looking anywhere else. Talk about premium service, why is it premium because from start to finish these guys care.....leaving the fantastic value to one side the communication right from the begining even answering questions on a Sunday night has been impeccable, then because we arrived minutes before the gate closed they even waited around to make sure we boarded ok (unbeknown to me until car collection) and the car came back cleaner than when we dropped off, 100% recommend 💪

Smooth drop off & pick up
Smooth drop off & pick up. Only drawback is the walk to & from car park into airport as it’s a bit of a trek wheeling cases up & down kerbs and across roads.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the smooth drop-off and pick-up. We acknowledge your concerns about the walk with luggage it is approx 100yds, we cannot do anything about the pavements this is the control of the airport.

We cannot fault ACE
We cannot fault ACE staff, they always do what we ask in a short time frame. We regularly ask for a valet prior to collecting our vehicle, the valet finish by the staff is always first class. When parking at Gatwick we park six to ten times per year and always use ACE, we do not use / choose any other supplier.

Peace of mind service
So yet again, time to get anxious when arriving at Gatwick, wondering what the queues will be like and playing our usual game 'Count the football shirts at Wetherspoons and name the teams'. But as always we can be assured of another easy drop off and check in with Ace Parking. It really couldn't be simpler. Very efficient service! Can't remember how many times we've used them and will again in July. Thank you team

Mostly satisfactory
Booking process good
Drop off procedure good
Short walk to departure hall
Wait on return to pick up keys disappointing. Only one person on duty dealing with drop off and returning customers so quite a queue

Greedy…
I have used Ace Meet & Greet for many years and have spent a lot of money on their service. This time I booked through Easy Fund Raising as it stated Ace would make a small donation to my charitable cause (£3.13).Having paid in full they then declined the donation without giving a reason which just goes to show what a greedy company they are.Advertising that they would make a donation just to get you to book with them is wrong which is why they are getting 1 star because it’s all they deserve.

Antwoord van ACE AIRPORT PARKING
We are disappointed to read your review, particularly as you have used Ace Airport Parking on 16 separate occasions previously, receiving member discounts throughout that time.
To clarify, Easyfundraising operates as a third-party affiliate platform which advertises our services and receives commission for bookings they refer to us. The terms and conditions of the Easyfundraising scheme clearly state that donations are not payable on bookings made by existing members/customers, which is why the donation was declined in this instance. This decision was made in line with the affiliate programme terms and not because Ace Airport Parking was unwilling to contribute £3 to charity.
As a business, we already make our own private charitable donations to multiple causes throughout the year without publicising them, and we reject the suggestion that this situation reflects greed on our part.
We feel a 1-star review for a matter relating to third-party affiliate terms rather than the actual parking service itself is unfair.
