Thank you for reaching out! Most of the time points are automatically added to your account However, there are some cases where we have to get approval from our clients before adding points. We also have strict guidelines we follow to prevent fraud which can delay PayPal payouts.

Finally earned some $
After taking about 50 surveys, I got to one that I did not screen out of and actually got points for it. Worth maybe $1, so yes, it "does work"!

I really like taking American consumer surveys. They are interesting, slightly different than others, are not too long but make you feel as if your injury matters. They are one if my favorite suits.
